Excellent carpeting and vinyl remodel done in very timely fashion. Installation crew was GREAT, very respectful of our home took great care moving furniture and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Our initial experience here wasn't great- there was some miscommunication. The owner has addressed it and been extremely helpful though.
He came to the house personally to discuss the project and even presented some financial and design options that we like more than what we had selected.
Their selection is good.

We got bids from three stores, and Carpet one was leading until we got a better price from Strait Floors, and Greg had a fit and told me he didn't want our business now or in the future, that is the worst I have ever been treated and I will never offer my business in the future. IMHO Carpet one is the worst! Strait floors has my business

Great staff I recently had water damage in my home and had to replace nearly 1500+ sqft of flooring. They were very patient in us taking multiple samples home and taking the time to decide what we really wanted.

Joe at floor decorators came as a reference from our realtor and let me tell you, he delivered. We had just recovered from a fire and we were in a bind. He worked with us to make sure we had what we needed, communicated very clearly and set our expectations and was very fair. He even helped to point out some of the things our contractor made mistakes on that of course made his job more difficult and we were able to work together to see the project through. These guys know what they're doing!

The staff is friendly and attentive. There's a bewildering array of flooring and countertop options on offer. They even have blinds. Not sure if they have the best prices, but the ease of working and scheduling with them makes working with them worthwhile.

We ordered floor back in March and was told it would arrive around mid April. So far no flooring and no communication or follow-up. Customer service is at a minimum!!

Everything was great until they ghosted us. We went into the store and chose carpet, they came out and measured the floors and said we would hear from them the following day. A few days later I called in to check on the quote so we could move forward with flooring. Store representative said she had just received measurements and would call me later in the day and that was 3 days ago so I guess they don't need our business

Floor Decorators Carpet One were really fantastic. I was working with a really tight time frame to replace carpet throughout my home preparing to list the house for sale. Greg arrived to take measurements with a sample board for the product I indicated I preferred, measured, and made magic getting the carpet in and installed within my time frame. The installation was smooth and completely transformed the house. I tried the guys in aprons, but while they were cheaper, the product was cheap and they wouldn't do preparations like Kilz prior to laying the carpet. I got a better product and better installation. I'd work with them again anytime.

Absolutely the easiest people to work with! We had limited time to get new carpet installed before listing photos and Joe made it happen! Will definitely be using their services in the future with any flooring needs.

Jay was very easy to work with regarding our insurance claim. He was very helpful. He sent excellent subcontractors to install our floor and countertops. They went above and beyond to ensure our kitchen looked better than before the water damage. I would highly recommend this company.
