The manager at the Bremerton store has been there ever since I got my phone. He is very smart, polite and helpful Ive seen a lot of people who work there come and go. “Excellent customer service. We need an unusual breaker box for a pair of breakers for a hot tub. Most tubs need a 50-Amp circuit breaker; we need a 20 and a 30, separately, in the same box. We think we've ordered the right breakers, if we can get a box to hold them. Down we go to CED. Us: We have MODEL 30 and 20 amp breaker and need a box to put them in, for a hot tub. Counter Guy: Most hot tubs need a 50 Amp breaker. Us: Understood, but this tub is unusual, Electrician brought breakers and they won't work. C.G.: While electrician? Us: Company... C.G. Oh yes, we work with them. Is this Derek? Us: Yes. C.G. You just missed him. He was here just a minute ago. I can call him. Us: ! Thanks! C.G. called Derek the electrician (removing the homeowner middleman from the conversation), tells him what we're looking at, gets a confirmation of what we need... We buy the box. Now THAT is Customer Service!”

“Always one of the better convenience stores to shop when you need to shop at one that has everything you might ((or might not)) need, 24/7 day or night, this chain of stores NEVER closes!This particular 7 11 I visited the other day is still a cookie cutter format, which seems to work very well with the masses, as everyone keeps showing up there the same time I do! “I'm addicted to frozen coke slurpees and have tried all of the convenience stores that sell them in Port Orchard. Micky D has the most authentic Coke flavor if you want a drive thru but for a late night craving I go to 7/11. This store is by far the cleanest and they always have coke ready to go unlike some of the others where it's hit or miss. If you like to try different flavors, this is the place to go. I noticed today they had some new flavors out. They definitely have the best variety to choose from if you want that. I just like the frozen Coke,...way too much.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to Bryan. He is so amazing, helpful, and kind. I am not joking. He’s an angel on this earth. I came in to pick up two cups that I ordered online for Father’s Day. He got the box from the back. And opened it for me to see if both of the cups were in there. I was going to leave, but he wanted to open up the boxes to see if the cups were not broken. One was in perfect condition, but the other one was sort of ruined. I was OK with that. But he really wanted me to get my money back because it was slightly ruined. He was really helpful. He made my day. Thank you so much, Bryan. You deserve a raise!!”
