Since moving to Bremerton this is the only tire place I've been to. I continue to go to them because of their exceptional service. Also, if you're going to be waiting and have your pup with you, it's a dog friendly waiting room.
The prices seem competitive (I don't drive much so I've only bought a set or two of tires from them) though I go to them because of their fantastic customer service.

I have the best experience every time I come here. I've never felt pressured into purchasing something I can't afford, or felt dumb for not understanding something. They show you the best tires within your budget, and will sit with you as long as you need going over everything. You can tell they actually care and want you to be safe on the road. I will never stop recommending this place. THE BEST.

Possibly the best service and atmosphere I’ve experienced at an Auto/Tire shop. All workers are friendly, have more-than-sufficient amount of knowledge, and prices of services is more than worth it! Shoutout to Brandon and the rest of the hardworking crew for their service, it was a great experience overall with zero complaints.

I would have rated Discount higher had Jess not try and scam me.
I today 4/30/2024 took my car to Discount Tire because last night we noticed that our tire pressure was low. My husband called Discount this morning and spoke with Sam. Sam informed my husband that we had certificates for our tires and we can come get a replacement tire and all we needed to purchase was a new certificate for the new tire. So I took my car in and was helped by a person named Jess. Jess looks up my information and tells me, " You have no certificates for your tires." So it will be full price. I replied, " Umm no my husband just spoke with Sam and he told my husband that we do have them." Jess tells me "You had them for all your other cars but we didn't purchase any for this car." I was like that's not right and why would Sam tell my husband that we did. I was thinking who's lying Jess or Sam.As I'm arguing with Jess Sam speaks up and asks is that Tholen? Jess says yes Tholen and Sam comes over and says yes the certificates are here in the other tab. Jess get irritated with Sam and tells Sam I don't need you to show me, I know how to do my job. So I ask Jess again so I do have certificates for my tires?! He tells me no again then go silent then says yes I do. I ask so who was wrong before? Jess says nothing and ignores my question. I comment I don't know how I feel about what is going on right now. So Jess does more clicking on the computer telling me let me see what I can do then says yes we do have certificates and he rang me up and I paid for my new certificate and got my new tire. After the transaction was completed I ask Jess how much would it cost to buy one new tire because when Jess evaluated my tires he informed me that I would need another new one soon because it was in the yellow zone. When Jess looked up to quote me a price again he quoted me for two new front tires when I only asked about one. Which just solidified my gut feeling he wasn't being honest and was just trying to make a sale. I give Sam five stars if he hadn't spoken up about what was going on I'm pretty sure Jess would have tried to charge me full price for my tire. Be careful.

Dealing with any car issues, especially unexpected ones makes me feel pretty anxious. However, going to Discount Tires and my experience with Bryson really helped ease all of that. Bryson laid out several options in an easy to understand way and I knew he was putting my safety first. It’s people like Bryson that makes me want to come back and highly recommend this business to my friends and family.

I needed a couple of tires for my Volvo and made an appointment for 4/2. I arrived a few minutes early and Byron assisted me. I shared what tire size and brand I wanted and he didn't try to up sell me, which is a great start! Byron did suggest I change the wipers on the car, and I told him I was going to do that myself after the tire installation. He offered a discount to earn my business and beat any retail store around town! The tech took my car in rotated the tires and installed the new ones as well as installing the new wipers. The car was done within 20 minutes! I'm not saying it's always this quick of service, but today it was and I appreciated the quickness of the work. I have been to this location several times and have always had a good experience, but today was stellar! Thanks Byron! And all the service techs that worked on my car too!
