If I could give zero stars I would.First, the location is not Bremerton that's okay. I wanted custom hankerchiefs done for my bridesmaids and let her know they would all have different quotes on them. I was told they could do them. That the price was usually $8.00 but she would do it for $7.50. The location is deep Port Orchard and when I got there the lady had me sit down we went over everything. She had me email the quotes I wanted to be written on them. She confirmed that she got the email later the same day and then 12 days later I was told that there was a problem. That the quotes were too long and the price would now be $17.00 or I could come up with something else to write. I asked for clarification and Diane was very unprofessional and extremely rude. She let me know that she didn't care if she was going to do them or not. That was completely obvious by the way she was talking to me. I wasted 12 days. If she had reviewed the email I could have been working on different things to say. I am more then happy to pay what is needed and fair but I don't think she handled the situation professionally at all. Reviewing someone's order should be routine and not pushed aside for 12 days and then be extremely rude to your customer because you failed to review an email. To add $200 dollars to a price and not letting the customer know right away is an extremely inconsiderate thing to do.I would never reccomend this place to anyone.

Amazing! When ever I need something on my uniform I take it here and the lady will give it to me the next day. The lady is also very great

I gave them two shirts two months ago for badges and name tapes to be sewn on and still nothing. Now when I try to call, no answer!

They do a nice job stitching however I feel the staff can be rude. Feels as if I'm being rushed to tell them what I need done.

Where do I start with how amazing of a hidden gem this is? I had been looking for months in the Seattle area for a place that could handle a task of embroidering my Double Agent jacket for my Marathon Maniacs accomplishments. I wanted it done right and I kept calling places in Seattle and Bellevue and they would 1) never answer the phone 2) never return my emails and 3) didn't have all the best reviews. I was hesitant to give my expensive jacket to a place to do anything half assed and I was also hesitant to taking it to someone who didn't have the need to call customers back. I finally widened the search and I'm so glad I did! This place has the best customer service I have encountered in a long time!! They answer the phone, they call back, they did an amazing job!! The owners are welcoming and they charged a very fair, even lower than what I dreamed, price. The end product was so great you'd never know that it was done after buying the jacket. The colors are exact, the work professional; I am beyond happy!!! I can't wait to wear my jacket with pride and I definitely want to spread the word about this place! It's incredible. They do so much more than just embroidery and I hope to use them soon in the future for alterations and more embroidery. Definitely worth the ferry ride to get their customer service!

Took my sdb jumper and brought the wrong hashmarks. They had the one I actually needed and sewed them on and all in one day! They are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely take my uniforms there from now on.

Needed an In Memory Of patch set made. They did a great job and managed to make the design from my head become a reality. Great quality and very friendly too. I plan on going back for any future patch needs.
