I have been with cricket for over 5 years. Never had a problem and have 4 lines 1 for myself, my daughter, niece, and elderly mom. The manager at the Bremerton store has been there ever since I got my phone. He is very smart, polite and helpful Ive seen a lot of people who work there come and go. But Mazziah is dedicated to his job and always there on duty. Thanks Mazziah! ?

Love waiting on the phone for 20 minutes just to be hung up on 4x so far! Let's try for 5 just to give you guys money. Or I get to drive 30 miles at $5 a gallon just to make my payment. I love this company.

Kenneth was very helpful help to me and great answering the questions I had about getting my service switched over to Cricket Wireless from Metro PCS and great at explaining all the different pricing options for the phones that I was interested in. He didn't get frustrated at all with all the questions I was asking and he was very knowledgeable about the phones and service that Cricket Wireless has to offer.

I do not recommend this company at all. Failure for truth in advertising based on internet speed.I purchased a data only plan with advertised speeds of 4G LTE. This was to replace my DSL service in a rural area. When I connected my device to the internet it operated at a speed of 5 MBPS. I have great tower reception at my home. I contacted customer service who informed me that speeds were limited to 8 MBPS on all data devices. This information was not disclosed in the terms and conditions nor was it identified on the flier at the store. The customer service rep told me I could receive a refund within 7 days of purchase at the store.At the store the sales rep informed me that refunds on prepaid services are not allowed. We proceeded to call customer service again who also said they would not provide a refund. The customer service floor manager then proceeded to chastise the sales rep over the phone for even calling customer service.So despite their failure to properly disclose all limits on their plans, they refuse to refund the money I spent for service that barely qualifies as 4G.I am currently waiting for a call from the district manager. We’ll see if that actually happens. Based on the service so far, I won’t get my hopes up.Do not spend your money here.UPDATE: Cricket Wireless was so kind to ask me to contact them in this thread via their FB messanger. It's been 5 days with no response and no district manager has made contact. Again, I reiterate, do not spend your money at this company. They do not care about the customer.
