This pawn shop generally treats me good but somtimes I leave frustrated without a selI would suggest give them a call if your trying to sell anyone electronics! especially since it is a long drive for me with little gas in the tank!

Kris was amazing, super helpful. There’s definitely some strange characters that come around pawnshops, but Kris dealt with them and made us feel safe and comfortable

I purchased a set of what I truly believed to be, 14k gold. It's what the salesman assured me of. Paid $293.49 only to learn, after Wife lost one, at the local gold scrapping place that they were absolutely fake. Would not purchase 1 single piece of jewelry from these people

My shopping experience initially commenced on a positive note, characterized by friendly greetings from the lady behind the jewelry counter and another male employee who welcomed me upon my arrival. While exploring the store's offerings, I shifted my focus towards firearms, where I encountered a delay in receiving assistance. The female employee assigned to this section appeared agitated.Upon requesting to view a firearm, she requested our IDs. I placed my ID on the counter, thinking it was a reasonable gesture. However, she insisted that I hand it directly to her, despite her long acrylic nails making it challenging for her to retrieve it. Instead, a simple request to pass it to her would have sufficed without the added attitude. Following this interaction, I conveyed my dissatisfaction to my accompanying friend, to which the employee responded dismissively.

YOU NEED TO HIRE POLITE WORKERS with good customer service skills. My husband and I were there on Monday, we wanted to buy a couple of DVD movies and a laptop. We were ready to buy it or put it in layaway . We asked all the necessary questions but the woman who was supposed to help us gave us tons of excuses, she seriously didn't want to help us .She was saying we can't test the laptop because it wasn't charged then my husband wanted to test it she had an attitude she was getting increasingly angry with us for no reason. How are we supposed to but something if we don't test it? I don't know her name but I can describe her.. She's short skinny dark brown messy hair in a chignon, probably Mexican or Philippines has 2 Piercings on her mouth. Very Rude !!!

Beware of pressure washers, they only pay up to $45.00 and don't test them but will be happy to make a profit at customers expense. They pay minimal on everything and manager is snobby rude.

My husband and I came in and had some questions about a ring we have. The lady working up front (I believe her name is Krystal) was incredibly rude and short with us. I highly suggest hiring people that have better attitudes, especially working with customers. We will not be back.

Terrible service they told me to bring in an appliance over the phone that "They would love to have a look at it". Then I get attitude for driving all the way there from a girl who says I'm very sorry for your inconvenience but I'm not the one who told you to bring it in. Horrible service and attitude when simple communication could have saved a trip, time, and hassle. Pawn 1 is just down the road and MUCH better service.
