Said i needed front and rear brakes for about $2K got rear brakes done for around $1K. Went to Firestone the next day to buy tires and asked them to look at my front brakes. They said they were just fine and that a guard had been bent to rub against roters making a noise. They bent it back free for me. I’m feeling robbed by Bucky’s.

Buckys mechanics inspected my muffler and noticed that it was loose and they took care of it no charge. I highly recommend bucky complete auto repair

I called to get a quote from them to have a turbo charger replaced in my car. I was told the part was $2,100… The OEM part for the car is only $850 so I have no clue what he was trying to order or if that price was made up to make extra money.

I have gone here 3 times to get an oil change because I don’t believe in judging a place based on first interactions. Everyone has bad/off days and that’s completely understandable. Everytime I have gone here I have had the worst experience. They have been quick and do take walk in oil changes which is nice but are super callus when talking to you about what’s going on with your car. I have also heard multiple conversations that were very degrading to women and racially charged comments being made between coworkers whiles waiting for my vehicle. It all just seemed pretty unprofessional. I’m sure there are better shops out there honestly

I called in to ask how much service would be for my car, and was greeted by Jermey. His attitude was very condescending and flat out rude at times. It got to the point where I felt he was calling me stupid for asking certain questions. Will not be going here again.

Came in stressed and they did an amazing job of making sure that I was taken care of and not feeling like I was being raked over the coals. Jeremy did an amazing job

Incredibly nice staff and truly honorable guys who look out for the customer. As someone who knows nothing about cars, having a reliable shop is vital and they now have a customer for life. Reasonable prices and very quick service.

Both locations are horrible. I took my car into the Bremerton location twice … and the Silverdale / Bremerton location once.
My car ended up stopping in the middle of the highway (with my kids in the backseat)
Turns out both locations were just treating my engine with new coils and spark plugs when really the third cylinder was going out (as posted in the photo).
Both shops not only put me in danger but also my children. I would never recommend either locations … no honest work is done here (except for the mechanic who reported what was actually happening).

I took my vehicle to 2 well-known auto shops. They weren't able to remove 02 sensor. Bucky's removed and replaced in 1 hour.

They said I needed my brake pads replaced when I brought it in for something else. Since Harlow does those cheaper, I said I didn't want them done. Suddenly, with extremely convenient timing, part of my car magically broke and they "needed to keep it overnight to fix it". Well, I picked it up the next day to find fake feathers in the passenger seat, which had not been there before. Not only did I have to pay extra for what I suspect was purposeful tampering, but it seems someone was given a ride in my car without my consent. THE REAL KICKER is that upon going to Harlow, they said my brake pads were totally fine, they had simply been lying in an attempt to upcharge me.

Amazing customer service! We are from out of state, was in Washington visiting family. During our visit, our truck unexpectedly broke down. They were the only shop that was open on a Saturday AND willing to attempt our issue. It was the DEF system. They did multiple things and really tried to help us. Unfortunately, it was something that only Ford was able to access and fix. Bucky's had our truck for a few days trying to fix the problem. Throughout the whole time, they were very upfront and honest about what they were doing and what it would charge. In the end, they did not charge us anything. The customer service was so great that I would recommend them to anyone, and if we ever have car trouble again while in Washington, they are our definite go-to place!*Note* They are a first come, first serve shop, or at least on Saturdays. I don't know about the rest of the week. We got there around 10 a.m. and the wait for them to get to our truck was about an hour. Not bad considering all 3 of their bays were filled with other cars when we first got there.*The only downside is the parking lot. They share the lot with a Valvoline. It is already a tight location. I don't recommend going around lunch time. That seemed to be when most people went to Valvoline for oil changes. Which made the parking lot even more cramped.
