Whatever customer service training program they have here works. The employees are always professional and polite. The other day I was about to go through the car wash and an employee stopped me. A small panel on my bumper had popped open and she pointed it out and offered to close it for me.
It would probably have been fine going through but she was both paying attention and cared enough to let me know. Keep up the good work.

The car wash itself was okay but I wasn't expecting to have to pay another couple of dollars to use the vacuum. There were no towels or cleaners so had to come home to do that. Won't spend that much again for a drive through wash.

It got the car clean quickly for a reasonable price. Our vehicle had a lot of grime on it after not being washed for nearly a year. We did the “Beary Best” wash with Rain-X and were generally happy with the results. It did miss a few areas in the crevices on the back of our hatchback and in the crevices of the wheels, but it still beats washing the car by hand!
