I stopped by twice to test ride 4 different bikes I saw on cycle trader. Seth was super helpful, accommodating, and never pushy. The test ride bikes were always prepped with plenty of fuel, with important features or quirks pointed out.After leaving, I got two nails in the rear tire (quick tip, do not stop on the shoulder by the Tacoma Narrows bridge). I limped to a safe place, and before trying roadside assistance, texted Seth to tell him my situation.They sent a driver (nice guy and conversation) with trailer out to me, 30 minutes away, without hesitation or expectation of payment. They said they had a budget tire in stock that matched my bike, if I wanted it installed. Alternatively, he also said he'd honor the trade in value quoted before because they planned to change it anyway. They could have taken advantage, but didn't.Seth continues to be helpful, post sale. Also, Mike in Parts is helping me make accessory choices since he rides the same bike.

I accidentally locked my master key in the Frunk of my can am spyder. No locksmith could help, it was my only key and I was stranded.Brothers sent someone all the way from Bremerton to Bainbridge Island, unlocked my Frunk and would not charge me. I am so completely taken aback by this kindness.Thank you for going over and above any expectations. Kelli

Not really happy with the purchase. After perusing over the paperwork it looks like you did not honor your asking price of 6900$? Feels a little dirty! I got taken. Bummer for me but crappy baiting from you.

I had a very good experience purchasing a new bike from them. Nico was easy to work with on the sales side of things. He also took some extra time to share some cool places to visit since I'm new to the area. Heather went above and beyond and took care of a paperwork issue with my trade that was caused by a different dealer. I really appreciate how much legwork she put in just to make the deal happen. Thanks to both Nico and Heather for making my Tiger purchase go well!

I brought in my 2021 CB 1000R in for service on 2/9/23 I really appreciate it when people tell you something and follow through. The service department kept their promise to get my Honda back that evening and delivered it to my door in Poulsbo. I have also purchased parts on several occasions and have found this to be a nice place to do business. They have great selection of motorcycles and the people employed here seem helpful and kind.Sincere ThanksM Davis

Rude and over priced in the retail section... Like i mean i didnt want to interrupt what u were doin... Like i am the a-hole in of the day... Some of those parts for example a chain cutter.100 bux.... The exact same brand online... 20... But the reason they get two stars.... Is one, the sales staff very nice helpful and not too pushy and two the star of the show their service department they will take the time out of what they're doing to come look at what you got going and to give you knowledgeable information and they're very friendly a bit overpriced but that's not their fault I do like their service department

Very unhappy with the way they treat their customers. If they put half the work into service that they do attacking their customers they might even be good... that being said I have had my bike serviced here a long time ago and they reported my review. So when I saw that my review had been taken down I made a new one.

Bought a used Yamaha FZ-7 here recently from Nico. Super low pressure sales, really takes time with you to show you bikes, explain features etc. tour of shop and intro to folks in different departments. Got exactly what I asked for my trade. I'll be a return customer for sure.
