Rude as all hell on the phone. I'm a few hours drive away. They told me to call ahead the day before to make sure they would be there. So I asked right then if they would be there the next day. He immediately dropped into sarcastic jack hole mode. Unbelievable. Do not ever go there forget these people.

Great place with lots of old typewriters for purchase, they fixed my typewriter easily. Highly recommend if you are looking for an older model machine or have one repaired.

Wonderful place to have typewriters serviced. Also a great place to buy a refurbished typewriter! I’ve bought a few typewriters from Paul Lundy, including a blue Smith Corona Silent Super and two Royal Quiet De Luxes. Excellent machines.

I'm in Spokane and found a beautiful old typewriter that needed a few small repairs. There is no one here that does that kind of work. BOMC took care of my typewriter and packaged it beautifully for return shipping. I got it back last night and I cannot say enough good things about the work they did. Thank you BOMC!

I have been taking my typewriters to BOMC for about a year now. The work done on them has always been excellent. Paul is also a very friendly guy and extremely knowledgeable about the art of typewriter repair. It's always a pleasure to visit.
