I have had my kids in this daycare for a long time. The daycare policy is if a parent has not called to inform the teachers they will be running late then cps is called, I called multiple times and spoke to 3 different teachers letting them know I was going to be late due to traffic from a car accident, I texted Ms lana because and spoke to someone at the center, I received a call from Ms Lana shortly after threatening to call cps if I was late again. Even though I am following policy to the full extent. I attempted to speak I with them about it this morning and instead of holding herself accountable and apologizing, Ms Lana tried to cover up her actions in threatening me. Keep in mind this month only they are closing at 5:15pm when normally it is 6pm. So we ALL have had to rearrange schedules and deal with leaving work early due to their lack of preparation. My daughter is being bullied by her classmates and had something stuck up her nose and is constantly getting pushed. A new teacher was talking and told someone in front of my 5 year old daughter that I do not feed my kids, and I do. There is no reason for the to be done in front of my child. I have left a previous review under Grace (see below)

We’ve been enrolled for two months and have only been able to utilize their care for 17 total days due to short staffing. We are often not given notice and turned away at the door, or given an hours notice. We’ve requested a partial discount due to having to miss work and/or find alternative care. We have not received the discount and have not been able to contact the center director when we drop off or pickup, or by phone during the day. Often when we see them in the morning it seems like they are hiding from the angry parents wanting to discuss these issues. We have also witnessed other children exposing themselves, as recent as today, and often have to wait an hour for staff to arrive before we can complete drop off when we are able to utilize this center. We have tried coming in earlier to beat the rush, we have tried waiting until close to 9, still the problem persists. We’ve also witnessed the kitchen employee yelling at other staff members in front of the children and on occasion raising their voice to the children. We’re transferring care for these and other reasons.

Both my kids are currently enrolled. This morning I was told two children (a boy and a girl) exposed themselves to my son when he was inside a playhouse alone, the children pulled their pants down and stuck their bottoms in the window of the play home where my son was at! Like where was the teacher? This is devastating news to me and I’m very fed up. The staff is never there, and I’m constantly late for work due to a lack of staff with no warning or last minute. They never answer the phone, it will just ring and ring. Many teachers have been seen smoking by kids and the overall professionalism is terrible here. This cannot continue its ridiculous, I had to take back a good review because of this non stop issue of having to wait over an hour (even when arriving early) for a teacher to arrive. Also, the cook cornered me in her kitchen and it was never addressed or handled, I attempted to speak to someone about this twice with no avail and the cook makes rude remarks anytime I walk by and constantly is negative towards me. My kids and I love Ms Lana and the rest of the teachers, however this behavior and lack of professionalism as well as the sexual harassment my son endured yesterday is disturbing to say the least.

Miss Chris in pre k class is amazing! I was so impressed by how she was able to get all the kids to focus and listen to directions. My daughter has been in daycare for almost 5 years and she was hands down the best teacher she's had.

Overall the experience has been great. My son absolutely loves his teacher. It has helped my son a lot with his speech. My only complaint is that they advertise meals that so far I have never seen served. And most of the time for breakfast they serve biscuits, more days than I can count. I have had to make my son eggs at home before he goes in just to make sure he gets enough protein. Lunches as well I see a lot of turkey and cheese sandwiches but a lot of times it stuff like beans and veggies and fruit. More protein would be better. Aside from that it's great, teachers are very nice and a lot of variety of stuff for the kids to do.

My daughter has been going to Kindercare for about 6 months now and I haven’t had one issue. I am a first time mom and was nervous to leave my daughter anywhere to go back to work. I am glad I chose kindercare to care for my daughter. She loves her teachers and the environment is great. The director Mrs. Mamie is the sweetest and has the place running smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

Had my son enrolled because I liked that they have an app and give pictures and updates through the app. However since I have become disgusted with them. My son has come out with an open burn from the stove at home with paint and dirt caked on and the band aid off. Keep in mind hey painted around one and I picked up at four!!!. My son has come out with poop in his diaper that had been obviously there for a while more times than I can count. I know the bathrooms are dirty because I work for the company that cleans the place and m son he told me he doesn't like going potty there for that reason. The serve biscuits for breakfast all the time and canned fruit I have never seen the food they advertise online not once. I've been given excuses like I don't bring enough diapers even though I brought in a entire row and son was only there for three days that week and still had diapers in his bag. Also my son is only there three days a week from eight to noon and the have been billing the state for the full amount. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Kindercare in Bremerton has been the best daycare for my daughter. They have a secure facility (requiring a code to enter the building and a different code to enter each of the classrooms). Because of COVID-19, all children are checked in while still outside. Masks required for the parents and teachers working there. A temperature check station is also located outside, to make sure you’re child doesn’t have an elevated temperature before they enter the building. My daughter attended this location for about a year and a half. I only moved Daycare’s because my work situation changed. The director and all teachers are supportive, loving and they genuinely care for each child that goes there. One of my favorite parts of my daughter attending there was the app. l received updates based on her day, what she was doing and what she may need (like diapers, wipes). From the app you can also email the director and teacher’s directly as well. Other updates include their bathroom habits, what they are eating for meals and snacks, AND they even upload pictures and videos! It’s the coolest thing and it’s something I really looked forward to daily! There’s a monthly calendar outlining what your child will be learning. I could leave my daughter with the gals there with no worries. She adored the teachers there, she learned daily, and have always had great outdoor play. I can not recommend Bremerton Kindercare enough!!!!!!

Both of my children have went to kindercare. 10 years apart at that. They are truly family. Safe, friendly, caring and most importantly the best daycare we have ever been to. Highly recommend kindercare if you want to feel safe and secure. They have an amazing app to give you updates on meals, diaper change and naps. I also receive pictures of my child throughout the day.

I was nervous about placing my boys in Daycare for For the first time but my Anxieties went away when I saw how loving and caring the teacher and directors are! Our family is very grateful for the care that has been shown to my boys in many ways by the staff at KinderCare (Bremerton ). I especially like the educational activities, including sign language, the singing dancing and how happy the teacher are . I would like to send a BIG thanks to Ms. Crystal , Ms. Rachelle Ms. Julie , Ms. Sherry , Ms. Chris and the Director Mammie and last but not least Kimberly. If I missed your name please forgive me ! My son was here for a year but then a then the assistant Director Jessica came in and without talking to me or my husband about my son's medical issues called Child services on me accusing me of abusing my son. Thank God it was unfounded but I will never trust this company again and I feel like Jessica Owes my family an apology especially since my son now has anxiety caused by her and the horrible things she said about me. Also we are a military family and please if you take your kids there and notice anything weird get them checked out or pull them out before you get accused of such awful things like my family. I only say this so I can save another family hurt and a bunch of heartache.

Really great teachers, always concerned with my son's care and were genuinely interested in getting to know him and our family! My only issue was the problem of 'available space': so if we were late going in and didn't call to verify (as a substitute teacher, sometimes the mornings would be rather hectic), there may not be enough space in my son's classroom to care for him. This posed a problem, particular if I needed to go into work, and my back-up sitter was unavailable. Communication could have been better between admin and parents, but otherwise--affordable, consistent, engaging care, fun curriculum, and I would say my son had an overallwonderful experience.

I have been taking my daughter there for about two years. She started in the younger class and advanced quickly adjusting well. Her teacher at the time was Chelsea and my daughter loved her. She was newly potty trained and Chelsea worked with her on that. They moved her up because she was so advanced and she had Gina. My daughter loves her and still gives her hugs. Gina always spent time with her when she got there and I never had a problem with her not wanting me to leave. She outgrew that class and moved on to ms Chris. You can tell Chris has been doing this a long time and genuinely likes to spend time with the children. It can get a little crazy in there but it's full of children! All with their own stories and issues and values! You can tell they make an effort to get to know each child. Her journey is almost over and she will go to kindergarten in September and I will cry when I don't see all of these people every day. It is a heavy thing to trust someone with your child so you can work and they carried the weight. I am grateful for all of the teachers and staff who have contributed to my daughter's life, and I love, and will miss them all!
