Used to be a decent place to get your taxes done. However, my husband and I had the absolute worst experience with Brad this year. Not only was he awful and condescending, rude and dismissive to me (all I did was ask him to go over my taxes with me and explain a couple things), he also filed our taxes late and literally screamed at my husband over the phone. I realize tax season is busy, stressful to all... but my husband is an extremely busy professional, as am I. We had everything nicely organized and in a file. It was not a complicated task. I'm a local small business owner. This man does not care about you, or your business, and we will NEVER use his services again.

My paperwork got complicated this year. I was charged accordingly with their inflated rates. After being greatly surprised with the total billing, we agreed on partial payments. For the benefit of both parties, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
