Bought my first gun here and am happy as a clam. Excellent, friendly service and knowledgeable. I went back and forth, held a variety to get a feel for what I liked, and landed on a Sig. They didn't get annoyed at my indecisiveness and gave me pros and cons as I decided. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back. ?

Excellent local business. Great experience during each of my recent visits. They were extremely busy both times, but they got to me quickly and both folks I worked with were really cool. I vote with my wallet and I'll definitely be buying at Boerner from this point forward.

As a female shooter it can be difficult to feel comfortable walking into a gun store but this store was awesome. I was looking for a new EDC and Ari helped me out. He was so patient, not pushy, and listened to every piece of feedback and input I had (no matter how simplistic or non-technical those concerns were or were worded) to narrow it down to the perfect pistol for me. The guys at the counter seemed to work well together and offered helpful suggestions to get the job done. They were very knowledgeable and compliant about the ridiculous rules WA has, and were able to explain them clearly to me as an expat Texan. Zero mansplaining the entire time.
I'd highly recommend this place! I liked the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the family owned small business feel, and the refreshments! It was just a great experience all around.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this FFL. They failed to notify me when my firearm arrived at their business. I waited a week and had to call them myself to confirm its arrival. When I went in to complete the paperwork, it only took a minute or so to check it in, which made the lack of communication even more frustrating.
I filled out the necessary forms and was told to return on June 25 to pick up my firearm. However, when I came back two weeks later, ready to pick up my rifle, 600 rounds of ammo, a steel gong, and potentially start paperwork on a suppressor, they informed me they had messed up the paperwork for the firearm. I had to re-do everything and now have to wait until July 11 to pick it up.
By the time I get my firearm it will have been in their possession for over a month and a half.
To "compensate" for my wasted time and the inconvenience of a 2-hour round trip, they offered me an $11 box of ammo, which felt like an insult. This experience has ensured that I will not be taking my future business to this FFL.
I recommend others take their business elsewhere. This FFL has one primary responsibility when it comes to firearm transfers, and they seem incapable of handling it properly.

The BEST Customer Service, period! You feel like family when you're there. Great selection and an ever changing inventory. Not just new product but estate liquidations. Sometimes rare and/or unique items. Very knowledgeable staff. I sometimes stop by to check on the new inventory and it's always a great time, even if I don't purchase anything. I can enjoy a free soda/water, a snack and great conversation! Definitely my FFL of choice.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Great selection and good prices. If you are looking to purchase a firearm on the Peninsula, you need to stop by Boerner Firearms. Purchased a Tisas B9R today, very pleased with the purchase :-)
