This is my go to shop. They’re so honest and so friendly here. The prices are so extremely reasonable. The work they do here is very thorough and they will literally show you the problem with your car so you know you aren’t getting cheated like you feel at other car shops. I recommend this place to all of my friends/coworkers and anyone looking to get their car worked on.

Got a great deal on a tire/rim set. They were fast friendly, answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back for other upgrades and maintenance on my BMW.

Made a call requesting Wildpeak at4W's and was told that they would arrive the day after so I went ahead with it and ordered them. I get there, and get them mounted and get home thinking that was it.
After just one glance I realized they were the completely wrong tire, I was sold a rough terrain tire when I ordered an all terrain tire. Nothing about the tire I received was remotely similar to the tire I asked for but Moe, who I was talking to on the phone sold them to me without bothering to tell me they are a different tire and that they cannot even get their hands on the tires I asked for.
I called about it the day after and was lied to about Falken not making the Wildpeak at4W's I asked for, even though the tires have been in production for less than a year.
After days of communication, no resolution was made by either Moe, or Amir, another person who was at the counter when I was looking for a resolution.
After trying to be pushed aside by the two people I've been in communication with, and getting no resolution from either of them, I called the store and spoke to Amir. I told him I wanted the tires that were sold to me de-mounted, and the wheels and tires I had on before put back on (of which I still have), with a full refund. I got immediately shut down and hung up on by Amir.
I'm now own 4 tires that I don't feel safe driving on in any temperature or weather other than dry heat, which is not going to fly in this state. $1,750 for an awful tire, and awful service.
Wouldn't trust this place to tell the difference between an apple and an orange.

This shop is absolutely fantastic. They've done excellent quality work for me and on the single occasion they made a mistake they took care of it instantly free of charge. They take fantastic care of customers and have made myself and my wife both feel like a part of the family. This shop is the only one i would reccomend in the bremeton area, and this is the only shop I will have work done on my vehicles. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable as well as personable. If you live anywhere near bremerton this is where you should be getting any and all work done on your vehicles.
