Such great prices on everything. Better prices than any thrift stores around Kitsap. I came in looking for maternity clothes and I actually found a lot of clothes. Definitely will come back!

They called my luxury suits outdated… these items are not dated. Thanks tho ✌?I’ll sell on Poshmark for full price instead of being insulted.Dawn needs to work on her customer service skills, made me feel unwelcome the moment I stepped in the door.I appreciate you letting me know the items had been altered, I don’t appreciate how belittling the rest of my experience felt. I was super excited to show you guys and yall were just mean. That sucked. You don’t have to say “it’s outdated” 10 times… I get it. I’ll take my stuff and go.

Prices very reasonable for buyers, but don't expect much for consignment. I came in at end of my contract and was told I had a balance of $7.80--- for 2 items that sold, one a brand new Treasure & Bond (Nordstrom) flannel shirt and the other an ALC black merino wool knit dress, only worn once (photos below of exact dress that my neice modled).They don't provide any breakdown of how much the items sold for or anything like that, so you just have to trust and be happy with what you get. So doing the math, those 2 items together sold for a little more than $20.00. So yeah, awesome deal for buyers, which is great for them!The sales associate explained that they have to price things lower than Goodwill, and that most people that bring things in are doing so to make a few extra $ for the things they might otherwise have donated. In fact, most never bother to come and pick up their unsold items. I now 100% understand, but still feel a little sad.

Made and appointment and dropped off 15 items for myself, and 15 for my daughter, and set up two separate accounts with signed contracts. I dropped off nice clothes from good labels (White House Black Market, etc) I have come in, called and emailed and either receive no response, or the one person I did get to talk to said they have no records of my clothes and I am not owed any money. They said they have accounts for us but they are empty and don’t list any clothing. This feels like they stole the clothing, or are just extremely unorganized.

I went twice to sell bridesmaid dresses & shoes and each time was very disappointed by the lack of customer service I received. No one explained how to set up an account, no one cared to review/ask about the items I brought. But then I was asked to return a third time to have my items reviewed. Thanks, but no thanks. I will take my business else where.

Took some things in. It says toys on their window, brought some. They don't take toys. They only take 15 items a week, which is much lower than what I'm used to.
