After an accident, contacted 4 different shops to obtain repair estimates to enable feeling comfortable with taking the vehicle on the road. Bayside was the one shop that I felt listened to the volume of repairs we wanted to perform, enabled a discussion about why some work was required, and helped to minimize this out-of-pocket expense. Other shops all approached the repairs "to make things perfect" - some things dont need to be perfect, it's a 20+ year old vehicle, just needed it to be functional/safe. Very happy with the work that was performed. I would recommend Bayside

I bought a 2023 Subaru Outback April 14. On May 1, it was rear ended so we had it towed to Bay side Collision. We highly recommend this center. Tyler Hoyt is dependable, reliable and trustworthy! He repaired our Outback in about a month and the car is in fantastic shape now. Still new, beautiful and driving it is a dream. Thank you Tyler!

Was very friendly and had great customer service. Decided to take a look at our vehicle after an accident despite it possibly being too big of a job for their small shop. They were able to take it apart and get insurance an estimate when no one else would help us. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of their work as our car ended up being totaled.

Called around to set an appointment and Bayside was recommended by another shop. Tyler and his team are the definition of customer service. They knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to get my car in immediately. Even with a staff shortage they completed the job ahead of schedule. The finished product turned out great, everything works properly, perfectly matched paint and they even replaced some of the hardware I had for better quality parts. They have great communication, keeping me informed throughout the entire process and even washed the car before I picked it up.
