Came in for an item, needed 3 more beyond the single item off the shelf. I let the guy know I needed 3 more, and I would be in the next day to pick up the other three.
The next day came, and I forgot to take the first item out of my purse when I realized THEY WERE USED! I have a toddler and maybe due to lack of sleep I didn't notice THEY has RUST on them! WHO put a USED item back on the shelf!?
When I came in, I was refunded for the item but still needed the other three. Come to find only two were ordered. What a pain in the backside, the whole reason I came is to NOT have to order through Amazon.
Customer service was fine, but now I question shopping here anymore! The gentleman looked him up on the computer and told me that there was 2 of them out in Port Orchard, but when I got out there within an hour, there wasn't a single one on the shelf. I might reconsider the other two or try and coat them with something.

I live next-door to an O/R. However, I will always drive the 20-30 minutes to this store in particular just because of their customer service. John in particular helped me with my most recent visit. He was courteous and helpful, and he went above and beyond in helping me diagnose the issue with my car.
I have also ordered quite a few parts from the store recently. They always arrive on time and in good condition.

I appreciate the boss stepping up and matching the online price. That's real hospitality and business I definitely will be back to buy more products for my vehicles. I don't remember his name but the manager 1st shift Tuesday April 30th. I appreciate that shyt .

i had called the store asking about some help with fuses, guy told me they could help me out to their best of ability and i was like cool ill head in then. i get there and walk up to an employee at the counter and explained everything to him, he then proceeded to tell me to figure it out myself and come back when i find out what fuse i need. i walked my ass out and called O'reilly said they could help out and they took a quick look at my fuse box and grabbed me exactly what i needed! took the lady less than 5 minutes to do. will never be coming back here again.

So far with my experience with this AutoZone, I really like it because they’re honest and they’re not trying to penny pocket you to death. I also appreciated the different examples and comparisons.

Outstanding service from these guys. Had a recent operation that doesn't allow me to lift more than 10 lbs for another 4 weeks, but found out I needed new batteries for my pick-up after an unusually cold night. Explained to them the situation and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating. Auto zone will assist with battery installs when you purchase there. Both the lady at the counter that got me the right batteries and the store manger who helped me install them were awesome. Highly recommended. Rare to see that kind of service from auto parts shops. They'll certainly be getting more of my business. Thanks for being professional and for all the help today.
