Such a rude staff!!! The woman that is pregnant who was checking people out, couldn't be bothered to help anyone! Constantly get text notifications of meds being ready. Show up and they aren't ready so your left waiting! My family will be jumping ship to a different location!!

Rude pharmacy staff. They just ignore you and put you on hold if you call them. They don't answer your questions. They just put you on hold automatically on purpose (for no reason). We need better customer service from this pharmacy asap!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. I was caught off guard about a medication being out of stock and the pharmacist helped me figure out a game plan. She was such a great support.

I've read some not so good comments about the pharmacy. I'd really like to share my experiences with the pharmacy here. They have gone above and beyond when I need help with anything at all. They've always been quick, courteous, and downright lovely to see. I'm sorry for those of you who didn't have a good experience, perhaps it was a one time thing.

My husband has a cold, so I came to get him some Mucinex D. The pharmacy tech, asked to see my ID. She looked at it and said, "Wow, this looks nothing like you. What happened?" Covid happened. A broken leg/long-term disability happened. Parenting a preschooler through a pandemic happened. I came in for meds, not for a critique of my physical appearance from a middle-aged mean girl. I came home to a family that loves me, but this kind of behavior could severely impact someone who doesn't have emotional support. Pharm chick, I take comfort in knowing that I'll look like the girl in my driver's license photo again; but you--you'll still be living with that personality. In the meantime, I'll take my business to Walgreens until Rite-Aid learns to hire professional employees.

I had to switch to this pharmacy cause of my insurance, and I actually quite like it! It's never busy at all, and they have been great in helping me switch over! In fact, I had tried to switch to another pharmacy closer to my house before Rite Aid, and they screwed it up, and didn't even have my prescriptions ready.... Then made a ton of excuses as to how and why it got screwed up. (I hate when people can't just admit they messed up, or were too stupid to read and follow instructions) Rite Aid got it done in 30 mins, and had prescriptions ready for me within 45 mins of switching me over! Easy, no problems or issues, or stupid bs excuses! Now, the bad: I think they had a sub pharmacist, it was a guy - who I've never seen before (it's all women who work over there) and that was a mess actually. He claimed that insurance wouldn't cover what was prescribed, and proceeded to hand me an OTC cream, that he claims was the exact same ingredient as what I was prescribed (it wasn't even close at alllllllll - completely different ingredient, which is used for treating something entirely different) When I mentioned this, he proceeded to argue with me about it. Then, he also refused to even let me see the prescription, or any of the paperwork. He was rude, and honestly just ridiculous with the insistence that the cream was the same. (I'm not an idiot and am very well versed in these types of things, and even googled it to double check, and I was dismissed like I didn't know anything at all cause I'm not a pharmacist and he is. The whole exchange with him was just gross and disgusting, and quite frankly just appalling) To be honest, if I see him again at this pharmacy, I will just switch back to my previous pharmacy when I get my new insurance in a month.... I'm hoping I never see him again, because it truly left a bad taste in my mouth. The other two ladies who work there after like 5 pm, are WONDERFUL! Thanks for being great pharmacists, and always being nice and helpful!

Easy to schedule vaccines here, almost next day. Service was quick and very nice. It's a Rite Aid, so you get what you get. Quick add on... scheduling appointments was super easy online and the staff at the pharmacy was extremely friendly.

Pharmacy fails to fill prescriptions on time. Usually my husband has to go in and wait 15 minutes to get a refill even when their system said it should be ready the day before. Last time he waited an hour, apparently they forgot about him! Refills are consistently delayed for no apparent reason. It's been like this for years, the only reason he puts up with it, is because it's on his way home from work.

Tried 4 times to send feedback to Rite Aid corporate and 4 times got kicked out. Like the pharmacy experience, but the alleged corporate "policy" on booze purchase is absurd and ludicrous. At 70 years old you need to not only see my ID AND also scan the back of my license? SERIOUSLY????????? Not at all customer friendly, and I'll be doing my shopping exclusively at the supermarkets from now on.

I've never had anything but very friendly and professional service from this Rite Aid pharmacy. Not saying to not believe the other reviews at all, just stating my personal experience only. The service is always fast and wait short - usually filled before I buy what I need in the store. Again, always always completely friendly and helpful to me. They go out of their way to call the Dr if the Rx wasn't there. Top notch. Who does that in the medical industry? I moved here from another pharmacy because the pharmacist was repeatedly getting between me and my doctor - on behalf of my insurance company. And they were advising me to use unreasonable methods that my doctor did not. Never had that stuff happen at Rite Aid. They've even found the cheapest and best way to fill my prescription for me too by trying a code they know - and I don't of course. Reading other reviews shocks me really. I just could not have imagined... I don't get much medication. I never take aspirin (NSAIDS) or over the counter stuff either. So my good experience is from the limited medication needs I have.
