This place is racist and for those who don't see it your playing blind. I have been coming here for sometime now not getting much assistance so when I seen a Spanish speaking teller I was so releaved my questions were going to get answered. That time she was working with drive up and had to leave her station to interpret for me. Every time I come in she is working in the back. Only to come up when there is someone speaking Spanish. My question is if you have a huge percentage of your customer being Hispanic wouldn't you want her to work front? For this me and a few friends left this bank with disappointment to never return again. I wish it wasn't like this and customer can get the help they need. As for the tellers its a joke who ever is in charge should be fired for neglecting to see this. Or is doing this with a reason, I do not recommend this bank because if they were in fact worried about the customer she would work front sometime. Someone help this poor lady.this is not to promote racism but equal opportunity by law this should be investigated Someone please speak up for her I would but I only speak Spanish. I got someone to type this for me after I told them what was going on

Firstly, the bankers I worked with were unerringly nice, available, and eager. Pleasant and I think they truly wanted to help us. We opened a business account but there have been a couple of mistakes that cost me money, They fixed the issues, but I suspect their need for profit outweighs their desire to please customers. But it may also be a case of high turnover and low pay for the employees. The bank employees are so young, there doesn't appear to be anyone over 40 there. I'm not sure what the reason for the mistakes are, but I keep cutting back on services so that I don't get extra service charges. It the bank is listening, don't sell me stuff that costs me money. My one man shop has a small profit margin and many years, no profit. So unnecessary costs are quickly apparent. Make sure your bankers know what works for the small business customer, we need more banks to buy into this.

I stopped at this branch to withdraw cash and ask about increasing my credit limit. After making a withdrawal (the teller that helped me was very friendly), I took a seat to wait for the next available banker. The manager quickly asked if he could help me with anything. He then spent almost half an hour answering my questions, explaining different ways to build credit, guiding me through online services, and making phone calls for me. The customer service was incredible.

Yes, I'm reviewing a bank. Hard to believe, isn't it? I've had some money challenges and Mgr Darryl and Officer Sam (bank officer) went beyond the call of duty and gave me service they didn't have to..... I literally felt like a person and get this....didn't even feel like I was in a bank! (where they're polite, then loan you money only if you prove you don't need it, ((smile))) You can tell by my other reviews this is from the heart and I am not a shill........
