the pharmacists are nice though i don't blame them, just walgreens

I filled out a form to transfer a prescription to Walgreens but needed to call the next day to give them my insurance info. Nobody at the pharmacy knew what i was talking about, couldn't find the form, and nobody i talked to was there. Horrible pharmacy, stay away.

I got calls from Walsgreens Bothell, saying my prescription is ready to pick up. So I went there on May 2nd morning to pick it up. I have switched my insurance, so I gave my insurance card to the staff to update it. After she updated it in the computer, she told me the prescription was not ready for pick up. I was surprised, and I told her I have got several calls saying the prescription is ready, how come it's not ready now? She replied it was because I changed my insurance. My prescription will be ready later in the afternoon.
So I went there next morning on May 3rd. Then to my surprise, the same staff told me the prescription is not ready yet. I told her "I was here yesterday morning, and you told me to come pick up yesterday afternoon. Why is it still not ready TODAY?" She just told me it will be ready around noon. I was so annoyed! Why did she tell people to come when the prescription is not ready? It's not OK to fool people like that.

Need to be extremely tolerant to use their pharmacy. The doctor sent prescription but they didn't process it for more than two days. A long waiting time everytime because every patient ahead is having some issue or the other. They don't seem to have sufficient staffing.

Extremely poor service. They don't keep prescriptions ready even after couple of days and they always make us wait more than one hour because every single patient will have some followup or approval needed. Totally not worth your time if you can find a different pharmacy

Consistently bad experiences. This pharmacy seems to be constantly overwhelmed and is quite slow. Most recently, I called ahead to make sure the prescription was ready and was assured that it was. Then, once I got there it was clear that hadn’t done it yet and I was told it would be another 20 minutes.

I wish I could give negative stars to this store. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had filling a prescription. I needed a specific medication and only this store had it in stock. It took over a week when they confirmed they had it in stock and when I went to pick it up on the day they told me to come in, it wasn’t ready. I had to return THREE times in one day. I even got a text saying it was ready and the staff told me it had been cancelled. I waited in store for 40 mins only to find out it had been ready that entire time, the paperwork proved it had been filled since 11am that morning! The staff is horrifically incompetent and unable to complete the most simple task. I will never, ever use their services again. Take your pharmacy business literally anywhere else. The only guarantee is that Walgreens cannot and will not do it correctly.

If you're hoping to get passport photos, you're out of luck. Photos staff can't be bothered to do their job and blame the eternally "broken" camera.We called the night before arriving to verify the camera was working. We were told it was and that we would be able to havinfant photos taken. The next morning the camera had somehow broken! Who knew they could be so fragile...

I bought a corona test kit after I come back home I saw my daughter already bought corona test kit so immediately I returned it without opening the package after 20 minutes to this Walgreens but Dawny didn’t return it and said it’s our rules don’t accepting Corona testing package then I called another Walgreens and they said of course they can return itI don’t recommend this Walgreens in Everrt-Bothell highway

Never have my prescription in stock and now they will not call or check inventory at other locations, meaning it's constantly me having to call around to see who has it, then have my doctor send prescriptions there.Line for prescriptions is ridiculously long at this location

The Pharmacy tech was extremely rude! I walked in for a basic flu shot, and was told I had to make an appointment. There was NO ONE waiting in a line or waiting area. And was turned away since I didn’t have an appointment.
