Large restroom sign at back of store. Normal layout for Walgreens, however they don't let customers use restroom. Very strange for this type of store and this area of town. Normally I wouldn't care, but this can be quite difficult for people with health problems or disabilities who are waiting for pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy! Go anywhere else. Had terrible experience with both lady and gent at the counter. Very slow. Can't communicate properly. Don't know what they are doing. They called me to come when I called them prior, but kept me waiting for an 1 hr after going. They can't use even their systems properly. Very poorly trained. Walgreens should train their staff properly.

The worst pharmacy ever, they have no mercy or empathy for any patients I talked with them over the phone to come and take my walk in flu shot, she said yes come but we will take the appointments first then I came they even refused to talk with me and told me you didn’t call this branch!!!!!! the black lady and the Asian boy another story I don’t remember their names and the manager have no control on his employees. they don’t deserve even one star, they can see me clearly I’m sick but although they refused to treat me, I’m very disappointed because it’s the closest one to my home they could say no we don’t have and I wouldn’t have to come all the way from my home in this cold.

The pharmacy is a joke. Don't trust what they say. I was told come Monday for rest of meds. Monday next month is what they mean. If you go through drive through to get any more information go inside and talk to pharmacist. They can't handle multiple things at once. Go to the Lynnwood/ Edmond on 99 and Katrina pharmacist is amazing. Drive for best service

If you're getting ready to call walgreens, get ready to be on the phone with someone who is very unhappy. My two representatives ( one being the manager ) on the phone with me today sounded like they did NOT want to help me. Their tones were the worst i've ever heard from someone trying to help as a customer service employee. I did not match their tones and tried to be calm maybe they had a hard call before, usually then the person would relax on the other line and be nice but no. They Gave me vague instructions and rudely responded when i was confused on what they were asking. For example, the supervisor of the pharmacy said give me the last 5 numbers, while i was looking at my prescription there are many numbers all over the place. What number are you asking for ? And he rudely responded back Rx number. My problem was resolved when there was a different number to call and i said thank you for your time today and he hung up the phone on me, fast. Do not have this walgreens as your pharmacy. You will experience bad customer service everytime you call, walk in, or drive through.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I have come here each month for over a year and EVERY single time there is something wrong with my order. Employees seem like they have no idea what they are doing, and are unprofessional. I literally had to change pharmacies because they messed up so many times. Good luck getting ahold of anyone, I have never been able to no matter how long I wait on the phone.

The pharmacists here are empathetic and kind. They are always busy and likely work long hours but I’m so grateful to them. <3

I had to work today on a holiday and came in wearing my uniform to use their restroom. I even offered to buy something. Instead, Div, at the front desk, who took a few minutes to acknowledge me refused and said that the restroom is closed. I tried pleading with him because I REALLY REALLY had to go and he refused and told me to go to Safeway or Fred Meyer.HORRIBLE customer service! He sees I'm in my uniform and on the clock and still couldn't help me out.

Took photos of my grandchildren in for processing. Their printer left a mark on all the photos, so they reprinted to a different printer. I asked for the defective photos so that I knew they wouldn't fall into the wrong hands. Anna, the manager, refused, telling me they would be safely disposed. Now...I don't know who might have access to these photos. These are pictures of children. How hard is it to just let me take them??? People edit photos of children and they end up online on pornographic sites. Why would I want to take even the slightest risk of that? Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning.

Prescription was suppose to be ready at 2:15pm, but was ready at 3:30pm.
