These guys are crooks. They didn’t give us the price when they took the clothes, upsold us on dry cleaning when we specifically asked for just ironing, and charged $400 without informing the final price.

The worse cleaner in Bothell. Tried their services two. After my shirt collars were not cleaned I asked when you laundry shirt do you clean the collars, she said no. When I asked the man he had no clue.I stopped using their services after looking at my last order was not cleaned. I had to clean and iron the shirts myself.Recommend not waste your time and money doing business with this merchant. .Services: Laundry wash & fold

I don't have words. I've never been more disappointed in a service before. I went to them in hopes to cut off a few inches of my bridesmaid dress. I go and we decide how much to cut, then i leave the dress. I go back to pick up the dress, and they attempt to give me the dress without even having me try it on to ensure it's the right length. I proceed to ask if i can try it on, and they rudely take it out of the bag and hand me it. i go to try it on, and the dress is just as long as it was when i dropped it off. Owner proceeds to go to the back to "try and find the fabric they cut off" and to my surprise they can't find it. i explain my concern about the dress not being short enough, it was still dragging on the floor. They discredit every thing i say and tell me "it's $60". i look down at the dress and my eyes are instantly met with the MULTIPLE snags in the silk material. i point them out and she simply tells me to "iron over it". once again, i have no words. She proceeds to tell me again it's 60 dollars and continues to deny there is anything wrong. I ask again for the fabric they cut off and they won't show me it and keep saying they don't have it anymore. this is absolutely ridiculous, i payed for them to ruin my dress and act rudely towards me. Never come here, you will leave worse than you came in.

Sometimes you read reviews and wonder if there are misunderstanding. There is no mis-understanding with this place. The issues with pricing is true, the arrogant owner also true and quality of the service offered also true. For pricing, I originally wanted to take one laundered shirt for wash and press to try out the place and was told the pricing was $5/each. No big deal but differences in 1 bag, ticket and processing does not equate to the difference. I did eventually bring in 3 shirts and the pricing varied between work shirt (solid color) and a check shirt. The pricing is not transparent. Reason was checked shirt (blue and white gingham) may lose color and had to be hand pressed. This reasoning has absolute no footing (I grew up in the industry and parents operated two dry cleaning businesses with shirt operations). The reviews on the arrogant owner cannot be truer. When asked about pricing she begins to mutter something in Korean and becomes dismissive. Where is the customer service? Customer will not question pricing if you can stand behind the way it's handled. For quality, I've seen wrinkles on the shirt that reflects touch up has not been performed. The molds that the shirts are pressed on are standard and there is minimal touch up that is required. For a place that operates more or less like a commodity business there is absolutely no effort to distinguish for the better. In fact it actually distinguishes for the worse. Needless to say, I will be taking my business to a place that actually cares about the quality of their work and their customers.

I have tried many dry cleaners on the east side and in Seattle. After using them for over a year, I can say that Village Cleaners is the best all around value I have found. Fair prices, consistent quality work, quick service, and very polite people. Convenient hours compared to most as they are open early in the morning.

They don't share their prices upfront. There is always a surprise waiting for you at the time of billing. I was charged the rate of a sweater for simple t-shirts. You can't ask for clarification because the staff does not understand english

My wife and I gave 2 separate chances to do business with this place and were treated very unprofessionally by the lady at the front desk. Wouldn't give an upfront pricing list. I hope the owner reads the review and talks to her and if she is the owner good luck to these dry cleaners.

The price was $1.75 for shirts when I dropped them off. Price doubled ($3.50) when I picked up my shirts. The reason was they could not use the machine to press my shirts because the shirts were too small and they had to hand press my shirts. Really?!!

Still horrible. Walked out of a neighboring business that I Love to speak to a distraught woman. Don't no her. They treated her terribly and like me 2 years ago, she threw the garment in customers face. This woman, the owner needs to be stopped and put out of business! What is wrong everyone. She expects you to have perfect garments at drop off so she can charge top dollar to clean. No stains no hair no anything accepted or she throws the pieces in your face. It's true. She needs a reality check. Don't go there!!!! Shut them down please!
