“This place is amazing! I went in today for the first time after refusing to pay $10-15 on used pants in ok shape at value village. I bought clothes for myself, daughter and boyfriend on the tag sale day for $1.99 a piece!!!! This place literally has it all, from clothes, shoes, toys, kitchen items, glassware, furniture, you name it. I will be a forever customer and will be sharing with everyone I know! And if you don't buy used that's ok too! You can donate your items here instead of goodwill and value village!”

“Always something new to find when you stop in that you might just need and the selection is varied. You can find things still brand new or very loved. And pricing is worth it. Want to haggle or work on your negotiating skills? The guys are masters at it. All around fun place to treasure hunt and walk away with a smile.”

“Probably the only legit thrift store in the state of Washington! The prices are actually thrift store prices and the clothing is extremely well organized and ordered. Some great finds here!”

“Keep returning to this little gem, volunteer staff members are friendly and helpful and it's always a fun treasure hunt. While small in size the selection is quite good, name brand items for clothing, shoes and accessories, great finds in the kitchen section and lots of vintage crystal, silver, porcelain sets. They also have color coded tags with 50-75% off and rotate their selections frequently. Love this place!”

“I'm a thrift store aficionado and never miss a chance to check out a new shop. Couple that with the fact that my career had me in a different city/state every 17.7 days for 24 years and it would be fair to say that I've easily been in over 500 thrift stores. This is hands down my absolute favorite. I've never asked a thrift store for business cards to hand out when people ask me, "OMG, where did you get that top (coat, dress, etc.)?" before but I do with Bella's Voice. Let's start with the fact that it's a non-profit where all proceeds go to support animals in need. Next, the prices are ridiculously good. The items have one of five colored tags. Two are full price, one is 25% off, one 50% off and the last is 75% off. Which color is which changes every Thursday and on Tuesdays, those over 55 years old get 20% off on top of the other discounts. On my last visit (a Wednesday) I purchased five cute tops - one of which still had the new tags on, and a couple of kitchen utensils (a carving fork and a pizza slicer). The total price was $12.13. Lastly, there isn't a store that I go to anywhere - from Macy's to the grocery store, where the friendliness of the staff is better.”

“Gratitude to LLTS for masking Thursdays. This is disability justice at work, small acts of community safety that enacts harm reduction for people with disability to be able to return to thrift knowing Thursdays are safe-enough. such small brilliant strategy, everyone should do this!”

“The prices are better than a nearby competitor and they have about the same size selection. They always have discounts rotating through the week so I drop in at least a couple times. It's locally owned as well, clean, and friendly.”

“This store is full of goodies. However, if you try to donate please call before going. Two times in the last 6 months I've been refused when I tried to donate. Evidently they have more donations than they can handle. I still enjoy shopping here. You must call ahead to leave any donations!”

“The staff are friendly and helpful in unloading donations. They move an amazing amount of cars through in a very short period of time. Wonderful alternative to throwing things in the garbage, and used items are sometimes better than new! My favorite jacket is from Goodwill.”

“My favorite thrift store in the area. They have a wide range of things for everyone in the family. It is well kept for the most part. They have good sales daily. Prices are comparable to other thrift stores in the area. When you donate they will give you a discount coupon for the next time You are in shopping. I also love their mission to serve the local community.”

“One thing I love about the organization I work for is it's a corporate standard to give back to the community on a monthly (not yearly,) basis. This month Habitat for Humanity store- Bellevue was selected, and what a fantastic day I had getting to know the team and volunteering. I was initially saddened to learn we wouldn't be helping build a project, but once the store team provided insight on how the donations, volunteers, and purchases from customers help make those projects happen I grew overly excited. I was pleasantly stunned at how much inventory was on hand, but especially the great quality. Many of the items for sale were brand new, and priced unbelievably low regardless of the branded name. Whatever your reason maybe for considering to shop at this location just know the Bellevue team really care and take great pride in ensuring all items are checked, cleaned, and sanitized before placing on the floor for sale. I have plans to not only donate, but volunteer and shop here again; I highly recommend!”

“What is not to love? The latest quality brands and styles in all sizes for what the original owner paid in taxes and now you can wear for years. Great, friendly service, large, clean dressing rooms and 1 week return on everything with receipt. Finally, spend your money here, engage your community and give locals a job.”

“Very small store. They dont have the variety the other stores have due to the size and space. This is a great place for UW students to get stuff. Wish they had more room.”

“A great location and nicely organized. I was actually surprised by how big this Goodwill store was! There are two stories! The upper has clothes and the bottom section has cooking ware, toys, and other items. I didn't see anything I wanted to buy but I enjoyed looking at their different Halloween and seasonal items available. It's a pretty busy location but definitely worth a stop if there's something you're looking to thrift or if you're just browsing, you might find a hidden gem.”

“Always good stuff. Seems that staff work very hard to try and keep the store looking nice. Too bad many people are awful and disrespectful when it comes to acting like a decent human in a retail establishment.”

“Nice & quiet store, I was greeted with a friendly hello from every employee that I passed. By far the most organized thrift store I've been in. No clothes dropped on the floor and everything is color coordinated. Refreshing to see good prices, some thrift stores are now charging regular prices for second hand clothes now. I didn't see any clothes over $7.”

“My husband and I don't go to Goodwill stores often but this was a special occassion as we were collecting children's books to be mailed as a gift to one particularly good school in Ivory Coast in Africa. We were very impressed with a clean, well-structured and perfectly maintained store and found a good number of excellent books. But what was even more impressive is the attitude of the supervisor Eric with whom we were lucky to meet. Eric exemplifies best customer service traits, being friendly, open, and generous. After he heard about the reason of all those books' purchase, he gave us a substantial discount and invited us to come again. Eric shared his business card with us and overall made this trip to the store truly inspiring and unforgettable. I waited to write this review until I knew that all three boxes arrived safely. They did, and the first thirty children received their English books to read and enjoy. Judging by their faces, they are very happy. Many thanks to Eric again! What a gift to meet such a wonderful customer-friendly store supervisor.”

“This place has great left over parts of machines and electronics as well as nick-nacks and a large selection of cups and dishes. High price for clothes however. Outfits cost around 7$+ but are often good quality however I'm not buying a shirt for 17$ used.”

“Friendliest staff that's out there. Helpful when dropping off donations, by bringing the right number of carts over and assisting as needed. The store is often organized well, with the expected item outta sorts. Always been appreciative of the customer service they provide.”

“LOVE love love this place!! Wish we still had all the locations we enjoyed pre-pandemic instead of just the few that are left for our area currently.. Only down side to this location is, there are NO DRESSING ROOMS. So plan ahead and shop accordingly! But, they do have self checkout here so you're in and out in a breeze!!???”
