Very happy with the treatments I got. I was asked to set goals for recovery. Strength and flexibility were monitored through my treatment. Showing good improvement over time. I was very happy with the professionalism of all staff and quality of treatment.

Buyer Beware. This review is for the administration, not for the actual therapy staff. The therapists are great, but when it comes to working with insurance and billing, they will 100% leave you hanging and put in as little effort possible working with insurance. I was under the assumption that my visits were covered, and when I directly asked the PT staff, they told me that I was still within my allowed visits. But I got a bill from Therapeutic Associates (TA) for almost $3000, because it seems the last 2 months of visits were denied by my insurance. They let me have 2 months worth of visits without letting me know that my insurance had denied the claims. Then when I called insurance to ask, they needed TA to send in details about the visits to deem them "medically necessary." TA took almost a month to get that paperwork to my insurance. Every time I called TA, the person that could help wasn't around. They told me they'd call back, and they never did. I kept calling week after week. Finally, they submitted paperwork to my insurance for review, and my insurance denied the claims again, stating that based on the information from the visits, they deemed the PT sessions "not medically necessary." So, TA allowed me to have 2 months of appointments, instructing me to make more appointments, when their paperwork couldn't even show that the appointments were "medically necessary." Then I got a call from TA, saying that they did everything they could with my insurance, and that I'd need to pay the $3000. I called my insurance again, and it turned out that there were unused visits, and they reversed the denied claim. Now, TA still shows a $3000 bill, even though my insurance says it should only be a copay. And the Billing Department at TA won't answer the phone. I've left 2 voicemails and haven't got a call back. If you go here, just make sure you understand what your insurance is covering, and double check before each visit. They will not help you work with insurance. They will not answer the phone at the billing department.

I have been in and out of physical therapy for most of my life and I can say that this team is one of the best I have worked with. I have told my therapist (Laura Murahashi, PT, DPT) several times that she will be my PT for life. I was hit by a car when I was 14 years old and had emergency brain surgery after breaking the windshield with my head. Then, after that, I broke my neck on a trampoline, broke my tailbone twice, and suffered a low back injury and sciatic nerve pain. I can't thank Laura enough for everything she has done to keep me moving without medication, injections or surgery. I didn't think that was possible. And the entire team at Therapeutic Associates is awesome. I feel so at home there and love going to physical therapy each week. Shout out to Stephanie who adds a really fun energy to the group and always has everyone smiling. You guys are the best!

Loved my experience here! Everyone I worked with was super friendly and all super knowledgeable! I worked with Jake until Wyatt came back from paternity leave and it was like he never left and Stephanie was great to do the exercises with! Highly recommend this place, hope I don't have to do PT again but if I do I'm coming back here! Thank you ?

Recovering from a bicep tendon tear and surgery, this clinic has been a huge support. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, fun and helping me recover quickly and safely. I want to push more than they will allow, which helps keep me in check and is ensuring I do actually heal fully. I would recommend anyone that I know to use this team for their PT. Thanks Laura and your entire team!

highly recommend to anyone needing help with their shoulder. I dislocated my shoulder twice and they were able to get me back moving as soon as possible. Staff are friendly and easy to chat with, very enjoyable and fun to do rehab with them. They even helped me with my concussion.

I came with an mcl sprain and with it not healing after going to someone else. As well as a shoulder impingement . I am a personal trainer and movement is key in my job. They helped so much with my recovery and now almost a year later I am lifting close to where I was pre injury and able to work again without modifying! They gave me at home exercises to work on which I still do and have helped a lot. I am grateful for the work they did with me !

I was super impressed with Therapeutic Associates Canyon Park. They were able to identify my injuries and help me strengthen and heal quickly. They also worked with me extensively on how to correct my form to prevent future injury. I would definitely recommend them and will go back if ever needed in the future.

I was recommended by my orthopedic to work with Wyatt and his team of experts to help manage and improve with my knee's chronic pain. Thanks to them, I have gotten better since then and got back to playing my favorite sports with no pain at all. I would highly recommend getting in touch with them for all your physical therapy needs and evaluation, especially if you have a sport related injury that can be managed and improved with physical therapy.

I've had the unlucky pleasure of working with the TAI team in Canyon park over several minor tweaks to major surgery recovery. Each time they are professional, compassionate, and take the time to make sure they understand your specific concerns and desires for a positive outcome. Super easy to schedule appointments, they stay on schedule during the day so you don't have to wait long in the waiting area, and the facility is spacious and clean. If you're in the market for a PT, you can't go wrong by choosing Wyatt and team. Thanks to each of them for all the work they do!

Update star rating from 3 to 4 because of professional PT and training support I worked with. They are awesome and solved my arm pain, they deserved 5 star rating. The reason I cannot give it 5 star because their current system does not support cancellation online. And if you failed to notice the clinic within 24 hours, you are responsible for the no-show fee which is $80.For example, your appointment on Monday and you are not able to notice office on Saturday because they were closed. This means they can charge you $80 for no-show.

Fabulous clinic, Wyatt and his staff are dedicated to making sure their patients reach their goals. I've worked with them twice and both times saw improvement right away.

After making the difficult decision to have hip replacement surgery this year, I started physical therapy with Wyatt and team three months prior to help strengthen the muscles supporting my hip. This brought me great relief and peace of mind as everyone was very encouraging and supportive of everything I was going through. Two weeks post surgery, I started rehabilitation and was amazed at how quickly I recovered. Wyatt did a great job explaining everything that was happening in my healing process and answered all my questions while challenging me to work hard to improve my strength. I am completely pain free now and was delighted to get to "ring the bell" after my last session. I still have assigned at home work to do, but highly recommend the team at Canyon Park to help you on your healing/strengthening journey.
