Self service car wash is a disaster and a scam. No prewash fluid. No soap. All bays are dirty and only 1 had the brush hung up. So there is no maintenance here. Want a scratched car. Use this place! Needless to say the matchine charges $5.00 minumum, even if you only use 2:37 of pressure water before trying to quit to save money. Lots of landscaping debris in the bays, not for people with nice cars. Since vivid, this place has gone down hill bad. After today, I'll never come back. I feel like I've been molested by the car wash machine and its owners. Ewe. Time to start washing at home.

I went in for a car wash and was waiting in line just behind another customer, who happened to be a Black man. He made his purchase and left, polite as could be. As soon as he was out the door, the older white man who was working, and said he was the owner, started commenting on the fact that he was wearing a necklace and it could get stolen. Weird, but just trying to pay for my car wash. He then said, "I don't see color, I was raised to be color blind", and I knew I was about the hear the most racist crap I'd heard in a while, and I did. He started going off on how groups of people of color (not what he said) would go into stores and just steal everything and that's why stores were leaving Seattle. I said that wasn't true, stores were leaving because shrink was increasing, not due to outside theft, but corporate mismanagement and some internal (employee) theft. I also said that I grew up in a very white area, and my white class mates had no trouble stealing from stores, but I suppose that doesn't matter. He tried to respond, but I was done, said so, and left. Absolutely despicable. I'll gladly drive an extra five or ten minutes to NOT support this business.

The gas prices are not the best - it's just handy when I am running late for work. There are way too many questions on the screen before you can get to the gas-pumping. The car wash is pretty good, and there is an espresso stand (never tried it).

They just recently got a touchless carwash. The touchless car wash machine was absolutely great but the speaker system that tells you what is going on is ungodly loud. Also I've been told from many of my friends that you can get 110 octane here, for those aggressively tuned engines.

I fill up and buy snacks from here everyday. They put up with my rants and I use them as my shrink. lol I've gotten teary eyed from laughing so hard a few nights.. Awesome people!The lube shop peeps are mechanics and they care about your car. Most shops try to overtighten everything and that is how bolts snap while you're driving. I'm a backyard mechanic myself and if I don't feel like doing the work myself I trust taking my car to this shop.The carwash/lube shop dude is great! Always has a great attitude even when I don't have cash to tip well that day.I don't get to see the owners as much anymore but they run things well and I can't say enough good things. Yes it's expensive but you get what you pay for comes into play here.

The pump wasn't giving receipts which is always a bummer. I bought a car wash so I had to go into the shop for it - which is not ideal in Covid times. I waited my turn with the cashier. He was friendly, but wearing his mask below his nose. I wish they had more concern for public health.

The vacuum cleaner was not sucking at all. I saw a guy who was collecting money at the car wash so I at least wanted address the situation because everyone after me will wastes time and money. The guy told me to go to the Shell gas station. I went there but the gas station had nothing to do with the car wash and vacuum. I really wonder who was the guy collecting money at the place now. Obviously the owner doesn't care.

This gas station is a rip off. I put $45 in gas at any other Shell I get a full tank, i put $45 in my tank at this gas station it gets me 3/4 of a tank. I got some "cow tails" tonight and they were so hard and disgusting, so I walked back in the store and the guy tells me he can't take my food back, even though I just walked out 2 seconds ago.... ok, so, no cow tails, no money back and left with only a 3/4 of gas in my tank.

I have been getting my truck washed here for a year and half. The last few washes did not dispense soap. I ask if I needed to get the next level up wash in order to get soap. They said I should get soap on every level of wash. Last wash today no soap. Not coming back. Car wash needs work.

The gas here flows very well. The pumps make a nice humming noise and the click is precise and just right when the gas is done pumping. Overall I would recommend the has here due to the pumping action

Super clean bathroom. SLOWEST DIESEL PUMP IN THE WORLD I think that there is a guy underground using a turkey baster to pump that stuff out holy moly.
