Several "Customers" that were pan handlers outside of store wasn't too desirable, seems to have put the store on high alert as it seemed like every employee acted like loss prevention, almost appeared like every customer including myself had an employee watching/following them so i guess the store has some unsavory characters visit a lot oh well they can follow all they want I purchased the 1 item i came for...couldnt use the restroom cause they close it at 6-7pm super early but also probably due to their favorite customers in the store trying to avoid cameras.....but other then all that decent prices and usually what i need is in stock...bakery can be light at times for instocks but I usually can find a substitute for whatever i may crave at the moment. THANKS

The lie all the time on door dash. Deli never has what they offer on door dash.
On top of that they are constantly out of stock on anything they promote. So you end up getting half of what you ordered every time.
Awful management when it comes to online ordering.

Expensive groceries. Even their loyalty card with the occasional coupons can't bring their prices close to competitors like Walmart, Fred Meyer and WinCo.
Safeway also mistreats their employees with poor pay and lack of a respectful work environment.
Go elsewhere, please.

How do 4 measly items come out to 45 dollars?? (Chicken nuggets, fries, frozen fruit, la croix)… I’m taking my hard earned money somewhere else, this goes further than inflation.

The place has a large selection of produce and other packaged food. Safeway has a food bar with a wide variety

Less than happy that I couldn't pay for deli at the deli just to watch the deli guy race to get on his phone.

This Safeway is never too packed, so shopping here is relaxing and easy. I appreciate the lights- they don't seem too florescent. Also I can use my EBT card here and every time I buy produce (at least ten dollars worth), I get a coupon for $10 off my next purchase of produce (of $10 or more). So that definitely helps stretch my food money.

The Safeway on Bothell Highway, approximately in Thrasher's Corner, had a well labeled parking lot that was easy to navigate on my visit yesterday, on Monday 26 February 2024. The store front was clearly marked as were the entrance(s)/exit(s). Inside the store, the different sections were straightforward to find and check out was conveniently located towards the front of the store. I was on the search for orange juice with calcium and was pleased to find a number of options. Their juices section was one of the largest I have seen and even included light (low calorie) options. After picking out a full calorie option, I was on my way back to the bakery section to see if they had something special for my 1/2 or 2/2 birthday. I found a two-pack of custard filled eclairs that looked good and came in at a cent less than four dollars. Self check out was quick and easy to navigate as was payment. The eclairs were light and fluffy and each of the components really came through taste wise. The orange juice was also tasty and price competitive with other grocery stores.

To the current assistant store director, how you treat customers and employees will reflect on what kind of human being you are. Right now you are the sludge in the sewer! Be better......
