The store often has very empty shelves and not consistent on products. Also the pharmacy closes at 1:30 for
Lunch.i was in line for my meds and the cashier said well it’s 1:30
And proceeds to shut the window closed in front of me. It’s not that I don’t want people to have lunch but at least rotate people to lunch so your store can offer all its services. After this experience I am considering highly moving my prescriptions to an other pharmacy.

There selection of items are not always available. The shelves are often empty. I did see a few cool displays today that I had not seen at other stores. Most of the employees never greet customers or engage. They are pretty rude. The pharmacy team friendly which is why I gave 2/5. Not a store of choice. Not recommended

Every time I go in there it tends to take forever just to get the medications and leave. I’ve been going there for quite a while now and still nothing ever changes. Just today I had to wait while people kept looking over to me, then not acknowledging, until there was a small line built up. I’d suggest not going here. And if I could I transfer everything away from that store

Pharmacy staff is friendly and professional. I visit once a month and they know my name and birthdate. They have my medication ready for me when I walk up.

Such a rude staff!!! The woman that is pregnant who was checking people out, couldn't be bothered to help anyone! Constantly get text notifications of meds being ready. Show up and they aren't ready so your left waiting! My family will be jumping ship to a different location!!

Rude pharmacy staff. They just ignore you and put you on hold if you call them. They don't answer your questions. They just put you on hold automatically on purpose (for no reason). We need better customer service from this pharmacy asap!

Never had a problem until today. Sheila was really rude and not helpful at all. She had to put me on hold then she spoke to the pharmacist, told me I had no refills, which I knew wasn’t accurate. She argues with me, so I asked to speak with the pharmacist and the pharmacist was like, “you have multiple profiles, yes I can fill that for you.” I think Sheila is the only white person I’ve encountered at this location and she’s the laziest employee. She literally could have done the job but forwarded it to the pharmacist who probably has to do everything already. Sheila is probably there to assist the pharmacist but clearly is brand new and needs an attitude adjustment or she needs to retire to a job that doesn’t use customer service. What an unhelpful *****

The pharmacy staff is always very kind and patient. Considering they are likely understaffed but still paid like they have a full staff to help them. Phones ringing non stop. Angry patients that can’t get their medications due to national shortages. I’m sure the entire staff deserve a raise.

Their photo center deserves zero stars. They supposedly take passport pictures. The pictures came out bad. Not clear, slightly blurred, which is unacceptable for passport pictures. Also the color was wrong. Our faces came out much darker than in reality, which again is not acceptable for passport photos. I thought I was too picky and I didn't say anything because I thought they know what they were doing. Guess what?... The office didn't accept their pictures, I had to go and retake them. If you've gone through this before, you know what a stressful process this is, that's the last thing I needed to hear that the pictures weren't good. The good thing is that rite aid in Mill Creek was awesome! There was a very very kind Asian lady there who understood our problem and offered right away to take our pictures for free. Very very pleased with their service.Anyway, my rating is not only about the photo center, but rite aid prices are much higher than other places I know. I never go there unless I really need something that I can't find elsewhere.

Pharmacy review: it takes forever to get flu shots even with an appointment and empty store. What’s the point of appointment if we have to wait for 30+ mins (and still waiting)?

I have had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. I was caught off guard about a medication being out of stock and the pharmacist helped me figure out a game plan. She was such a great support.
