EXCELLENT!!! This pharmacy is terrific. The staff does not change all the time. The sevice is exemplary. I appreciate the knowledge they have and I love that they offer a personal touch. A++++

I came here with client to pick up her medication otherwise I would have never stopped here to purchase anything. Very dirty, lots of empty shelves and not friendly employees. I do not recommend this location. The customer service is very poor. The front end cashiers do not speak or engage with you. The pharmacy team is a little better - they speak, greet and thank. They did have cool displays today I'll share because I had not seen them anywhere. Yeah a positive! Lol

Rite Aid is my best go to pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are always friendly and very helpful. Store is well stocked and very clean. They always go out of their way and are very honest. They are always proactive when it comes to your health and service.You won't be disappointed.

The pharmacist who helped me was the best. She had taken the time to transfer my grandmother's records from another pharmacy, called the doctor's office to inform one of the eye drops were out of stock and called me back to update me on everything that was done. I have never experienced such great customer service before. She is the best pharmacist, thank you for being so caring and so professional. I hope this message finds her as I, unfortunately, forgot the name.

It was only one pharmacy which had the medicine for my new born baby, I visited 3 pharmacies before Rite Aid and they didn't have what I needed. I was so happy to get a medicine 5 minutes before closing.

It’s my first time in a Rite Aid store. I didn’t know they carry so much non pharmaceuticals goods. Prices are much cheaper than QFC. Dog and cat toys are very affordable. They also have a great collection of plant pots.

We've been using Rite Aid in downtown Bothell for years for our pharmacy needs. Never had an issue and always reliable. Good job Rite Aid!

This place has gone way downhill since I moved here in 1987. It used to have school and office supplies as well as house and yard/garden useful items, but these days there's just nothing for sale in the whole place but isles and isles of wine, way too much seasonal junk, a bunch of cheap makeup and a Chinese Immigrant selling God knows what kind of drugs behind the prescription counter. Slow, fat, dull Mexican clerks, and very little of anything of any value at all.

I spent hours at urgent care tonight and my child needed antibiotics. It was late so I looked for a different pharmacy than our normal one. Their published hours say they stay open until 9pm, but when I arrived I saw that it was closed. The pharmacist was still there and told me they were closed despite what the signage posted on the wall between us said. No apology or customer care was provided. Their online hours haven't been updated. I don't recommend this as a well managed business with any consideration for customer care or my family's needs.
