The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. “I had to go in as a package was marked delivered and then marked returned to sender, when I entered the lobby the person at the register greeted me, and when I explained the issue escalated to her manager. Betsy then assisted me with troubleshooting the problem and was thorough in explaining where the break in the process occurred, how they are addressing it what the next steps were. She was so kind and apologized for the inconvenience and explained the process of how to receive my package with no additional shipping charge from the sender. I really appreciated her explaining everything and being so attentive and kind!”
