“I've been going here at least once a month for at least a few months and I've been happy with it. I like that the pharmacy is up in the front, so it's quick and easy getting in/out. They've had my prescriptions in stock, they always get everything filled extremely quickly, they have a text system that always lets me know when my stuff is ready to pick up and they're open good, convenient hours. “The Safeway on Bothell Highway, approximately in Thrasher's Corner, had a well labeled parking lot that was easy to navigate on my visit yesterday, on Monday 26 February 2024. The store front was clearly marked as were the entrance(s)/exit(s). Inside the store, the different sections were straightforward to find and check out was conveniently located towards the front of the store. I was on the search for orange juice with calcium and was pleased to find a number of options. Their juices section was one of the largest I have seen and even included light (low calorie) options. After picking out a full calorie option, I was on my way back to the bakery section to see if they had something special for my 1/2 or 2/2 birthday. I found a two-pack of custard filled eclairs that looked good and came in at a cent less than four dollars. Self check out was quick and easy to navigate as was payment. The eclairs were light and fluffy and each of the components really came through taste wise. The orange juice was also tasty and price competitive with other grocery stores.”

I actually went to buy a SD card for my camera , but they had so many other things . It was almost like a Walmart super store !The electronics shop was small but I got SD cards for a super good discount . Better than Amazon price . They had all other groceries and daily use items . They also had wine/ beer etc. service was good . Billing was also quick . Liked it overall...”

“My experience has been good. Due to Covid, everyone, everywhere is understaffed. The medical world has been turned on its head. Still, this pharmacy staff has done a pretty good job juggling this plus vaccinations. They are always patient and nice and in the end; they get the job done!! We all need to give some grace and be patient.”

“I came in last week and was helped by the pharmacy cashier, who I've always seen scrambling around doing everything it seems. How about getting her more help because shes always so busy. I always have to come in because the automated system never has my order ready at the proper date and time. I need to come in and work with a live person and it would be great if there were enough there to assist me.”

“Say goodbye to bad service of bartell and walgreens and give this place a try!!!!!After bartell drugs couldn't get my meds repeatedly, i transferred to Walgreens, then they couldn't get them either. I tried calling Walgreens multiple times (waiting 30+ mins each time) trying to find out if they could fill my prescription since text message just saying it was delayed to the point I ran out of meds. I called this place and a real person answered instantly. The lady at first said the prescription had been back ordered and wasn't available. Then 5 min later called me back and found me some. It was delivered the very next day and she even called me personally to notify me it had arrived. Keep in mind this wasn't even my pharmacy and I had never had any business with them before. I am here for life now or at least as long as they keep up great service.”

“Exploring the candy offerings at Bartell Drugs today, Friday 17 November 2023, I found a buy one get one 50% off deal on some of the less expensive items. They were sold out on some of the more seasonal items such as caramels. So I decided to go with a small pack (3 pieces) of Almond Roca and a KitKat Duos strawberry and dark chocolate bar. When the cashier rang the items up, the Almond Roca came in at $0.74, it had been a while since I got this quantity of the product packaged this way for that price. The parking lot was moderately easy to maneuver in and the store front was easy to spot. Workers in the store were friendly, even greeting customers as we entered the store. The checkout line was easy to find and payment straightforward. I liked/appreciated the welcome sign inside the front door with the name of the shopping center the store was located in.”

“I don't know which Yelpers are reporting that this store has closed but that's untrue, false, inaccurate. I just called this store on 2-15-22, and a store clerk answered. She confirmed their store is not closed, they don't plan on closing it, and the news that Yelpers were reporting it as closed came as a surprise to her. My question is, does Yelp look into these type of claims before allowing a notice on Yelp saying a place of business has closed down? That could very well have customers looking for another location without bothering to call to find out if that notice is true or false, causing that location to lose business. Just to get the information corrected, as of 2-15-22, this location is NOT CLOSED.”

“Dawn in the photo department at the bothell everett hwy location is awesome! I am not very experienced with printing photos from my phone. She helped me with the process, including helping me convert them into screen shots from a text foremat. Never treated me like I was naive. Then I printed one the wrong dimension, she was able to correct my mistake and reissued me a new photo.Super friendly employee. I will do more photos here knowing Dawn in the photo department will be there to help me if needed. Management she is a Jem!”
