DO NOT GO HERE! I came in for a screen repair on my hp laptop which went relatively okay, other than it taking a few days longer than expected. The laptop techs do not work everyday. When I received my laptop and took it home, my keyboard no longer worked and the tech was unable to fix it and claimed it had nothing to do with the repair. I paid $300 for a new screen and will likely have to have more repairs done.
Additionally, this company answers the phone less than 30% of the time, does not call back unless you spam them, and only has one laptop and phone tech. So when the tech was out, I did not have a laptop for over a week while waiting for my second repair, when they initially claimed it would take 1-2 days. I am in an extremely tight place financially and feel like I have wasted a ton of money only to have a broken laptop while I am a grad school student.
When they actually answered the phone, the company was helpful, and same with when I talked to the tech when they were actually at the store. However, I am convinced that they broke my keyboard. Don’t go here for laptops. Wish I had gone to Best Buy.

I brought my non-functioning phone in for data recovery. I just wanted to have my photos transferred to a flash drive. When the flash drive was returned to me, I found that they had put all the data from someone else's phone onto my drive. I had them immediately correct their mistake, but they did not seem at all upset or apologetic about the fact that they'd given someone else's personal information and photos to me. This is an egregious mistake, and one I'm not inclined to let them make with my info.

I went into the 1 hour repair store, expecting to wait at least an hour when he told me it would only take a 1/2 hour and handed me my phone 20 minutes later I couldn't be more happy.

I spent 500 some odd dollars for a battery replacement and digitizer replacement. Roughly one month later and my battery is warm, and I've noticed a circular dead spot on my screen with a flashing line emanating from it .
I believe my money went to receiving used parts. 500.00 to have basically the same issue.
I'm never going here again, and I'd like to advise people to check the performed work before leaving their shop, as I believe I have been deceived.
Very unhappy.

I'm extremely unhappy with the service I recieved from this business. I can't say enough DO NOT GO HERE.
I have a Samsung Z Fold 3 and was trying to get the inner folding screen replaced. 1 month, 4 trips to the location, 3 screens later, and absolutely ZERO transparency, I still have a damaged screen that I paid way too much money for.
Let's start from the beginning... I walk in, they don't have the screen in stock. Ok it gets ordered and I pay half up front before leaving. 1 week later, I drive back to have them do the replacement. They tell me it's going to be a 4 hour job! Ok fine, I go home and then come back 5 hours later to pick up the phone. The very young technician couldn't get it properly working and I was starting to get worried that they broke my phone worse than just a screen. Tech finally got it going after standing there for another 1.5hrs... literally picks pieces off the floor that I had seen laying there for hours, puts them in my phone, and hands it to me. The replacement is MORE banged up, scratched, dented, stuck pixels than the one I originally brought in! It was supposed to be a NEW replacement. But they tried to pass off the more damaged used piece and tried to charge me full price for the used. I refused. They didn't tell me at any point that they were going to try to sell me a used screen! They agreed to re-order an actual New screen for me. Another week goes by and I get a text that the new part has arrived. The catch is... it's in a green color because they couldn't find the black color I originally had. They didn't ask me, they didn't communicate with me the options available, they just ordered whatever color and assumed I would take it. Another week goes by and I finally get back to the shop. I drop off the phone with a different tech this time (more experienced which made me feel better). But 1 hr later when I get back to pick up my phone... he hands it to me and IT'S ANOTHER USED SCREEN!! Scratches, dents, dings along the edges. I say what's this? It's supposed to be new! Turns out he then told me he Knew it was used but again tried to pass it off as new, and tried to charge me full price. He said I could pay, then go to the Redmond location where they have a new one in stock. I'm over it at this point. We negotiate a tiny price cut and I walk out with the phone cuz I'm so fed up with this business.
I STILL have a dented, busted screen and am out $600. This place is a ripoff, dishonest, disorganized, and messy business. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in to replace iPhone 11 battery after phone was shutting off and turning on.
Battery was replaced in 30 min for $99+tax and phone is not shutting off. However I’m now experiencing an issue with the screen where a green line appears on it all the time. And the iPhone is complaining that the screen and battery are not Apple Original, the battery health cannot be shown. And the green line is on the screen now. The person in th e store did not speak any English and tried to use Google translate to tell me it’s all ok.
I’m not sure for that price the battery is not an Apple Original (as it’s the same price to replace at the Apple Store) and why did my screen get replaced? Having other issues too with the screen now.

Confirmed with staff the services and the iPhone model. They said that they had the part and it would be two hours. Waited around and worked on my iPad in the parking lot. Using WiFi. Waiting on that the message that the phone was fixed. Go in and the the didn’t have the part or text.

Brought my iPhone 12 in as it would not charge using the port, only wireless charging. I tried cleaning it as outlined online. Hebert took a look, did some cleaning and now it works!
