We lost a very beloved pet in the last year, and I believe her end of life was miserable partly due to this veterinarian. Irene Choi did some blood work, which was not cheap, after our dog had what seemed to be a UTI. After the shock and trauma of losing her to cancer so suddenly 3 months later, we looked over that original UTI blood work and googled the results today (a few months after she passed). Nearly every indicator was pointing to cancer. Every. Single. One. By the time she was showing symptoms and we took her in again 3 months later, we didn't realize that we only had 3 days with her till her gruesome demise. The behavioral symptoms were just so subtle, until they weren't. However that blood work should have been crystal clear 3 months prior. Vet Choi said it was in fact cancer, provided a useless medication that made her dizzy, and the 3 days of misery started. In the end we had to rush her to an ER to put her to sleep before she was in too much pain to even know who we were.My partner and I will never forget the feeling of traumatic, sudden loss, which could have been eased with that 3 months to say goodbye and put her to sleep in comfort rather than emergency rush. I'll never forgive this clinic for taking those 3 months of hospice from us. She was probably suffering before that and was just hiding it from us. In the end she was seizing, couldn't eat, and couldn't walk up or down stairs. Even in her pain, she licked my partner and I as we said our goodbyes in the vet ER in Shoreline (who were wonderful btw, highly recommend). Kindness till the end, despite our failure to care for her by trusting this clinic. To anyone reading this, please do not trust this clinic to catch blood work results. Question every result and ask for specific differential diagnosis information. I wouldn't trust them to care for a mouse, frankly, and the end of life medication provided by this office was insulting and cruel. Our beloved dog child (and service animal) was hurting and you gave her something that made her unable to walk and typically used for anxiety issues (gabapentin). Absolutely unforgivable. A lifetime of companionship and service for a specific disability, and she was rewarded with suffering due to this clinic's incompetence. Please note that we have had time to heal from this loss and have given this issue many somber moments of thought. This review is not out of anger, but out of protection for others who might be trusting you with their loved ones. While we do hope you hear our story and do better in the future, the thought of others going through what we went through is the primary driver here.

My dog had a bad growth removed and they took really Really good care of her. Communicated with me well so I could get her home asap. She came home smiling and wagging! The Dr.’s explanations are to the point and I like that. They are second to none! Thank you Dr Beaumont! Moxie is taking it easy watching her vet programs

This week was our first geriatric appointment, so it's been nearly 10 years since Sally the Rescue Mutt began coming to North Creek Pet Hospital. Dr. Megan has been our current vet, and she has continued the same level of professional and compassionate care that we've come to expect. We couldn't be happier, so a sincere thank you to the entire staff for keeping Sally healthy and happy. WOOF!!! ^..^
