Hailey and the front office staff are excellent! North Creek Pet Hospital offers free drinks and snacks for their customers which I tool advantage of. I give the veterinarians an A+ as well! I've taken my cats here for annual checkups, shots, neutering, etc. And have always had a positive experience. 5 stars from me!

Ask About All Charges Before You Visit North Creek Pet Hospital
I had a very disappointing experience at North Creek Pet Hospital. I scheduled an office visit to get some information about international travel requirements for my pet. To my surprise, they simply directed me to a website where I could find the travel requirements which I could easily google and they charge me $100 for this even w/o informing me on this, this fee "International Health Certs Research' was reduced from the regular price of over $200 because I am the LOYAL customer who purchase the PAW plan. Additionally, if you don't have the PAW plan, be prepared to pay an office visit fee of $87. I learned a costly lesson today: always ask about any potential charges before your visit to avoid unexpected and unreasonable fees. Please take this advice to heart to avoid similar surprises.

I really like this veterinary practice. Easy to schedule appointments and we are seen on time. The office and waiting area are calm and organized. Most important is that we always received excellent, compassionate care. We had to euthanize my elderly cat get last week, and they were so kind and patient through that heartbreaking process. My only disappointment with the clinic is there seems to be a very high turnover of veterinarians. Is it due to the nature of the business, or is this not a good place to work? All the doctors have been good, but I would have preferred to see the same vet over the past several months of my cat’s life.

If I could give it 0 I would I keep coming in with my dog having ear problems and keep walking away with bills but nothing done. Last time we came in doctor said “ well what do you think it is?” If I knew I wouldn’t be there. They offer insurance but it’s waste of money it doesn’t cover anything but visit. Super disappointed with this place and their providers.

Polite and friendly staff. They were very gentle with our cat and followed up about her the next day. The best vet experience so far.

The vet was very attentive and helpful with us and our elderly dog as we had her checked for quality of life. Her advice and suggestions we very welcome. We are now more confident about how to proceed as our dog continues to age.

Dr. Yang, Jennifer, and team were wonderful and so patient with my very difficult cat. They made sure both my dog and cat had everything they needed and I had all my questions answered. It is clear this team cares about the well being of the pets they see. Overall a great experience for both of my pets, highly recommend.

Front desk at this office have been continuously passive aggressive. I have let it go for months assuming it was a bad day but it seems to be their culture. I always try to treat everyone with respect and I feel like it is lacking here.
I have never had issues with the doctors here but all the work it takes to get to them is an experience.
If your animal needs lifelong prescriptions do not go here. They charge $5 every time it is due to be refilled from a third party. I simply asked if it would be possible to have more than a one month supply to avoid being charged monthly. She immediately turned defensive and unhelpful claiming I could avoid the fee if I picked up the script there.I asked for pricing, she didn’t know because she was “new”, which is fine. When I said, okay so to clarify you’re not sure or is that number correct? She started her defense saying I need to be understanding and there’s no one else to ask. ?????
I had to forego asking any further questions and just say call me back after you are able to ask because she was getting escalated over simple questions or clarifications. I am pretty understanding and non confrontational so to have this type of interaction where I needed to de-escalate was pretty unsettling.
Edit to add after reply: I did not receive enough and that is what I was calling to inquire about, asking if I could get more than one refill at a time. Your reply does not match the care I received.
