I discovered Jet city about five years ago. They are rare. So many places are most interested. In how many dollars they can get. Not so Jet City. In contrast the “ how can I help” is the message and there fees are more than reasonable. I regularly recommend them to my friends.”

It was fairly busy and Joseph was preoccupied, so Ryan immediately offered to help me and was very welcoming. I had tons of questions about the promotional deal - it was pretty good, almost too good to be true - yet Ryan was very patient with me and answered everything with ease. Given my last upgrade was years ago, he also walked me through all the specs and details about the current devices to get me up to speed. The process itself to transfer and upgrade my phone took quite a while (not due to anyone) and I even ran into some issues with removing security access on my original phone. Despite all that, Ryan remained cool and patient with me.
I also caused some additional work due to my indecisiveness, but Ryan made everything that needed to happen, happen, with minimal effort on my part. Top notch customer service and overall great human being.

“Malcolm was an amazing help. Extremely polite every time we were in the store and exceptionally knowledgeable as well as helpful. I had a very tedious on going interaction with att trying to upgrade a phone these last two days and not only did Malcolm jump right up as soon as he saw us walk in he also remembered us in what felt like warm regards from the day before and was able to swiftly help us finalize the upgrading process. He also had a vast amount of knowledge about how the interworkings of the company operates and was able to offer me a multitude of options to meet my needs. 10/10 probably one of the overall best experiences I have had in an att store.”

Called in this morning to the call center to ask a couple questions about setting my mom up with her cellular watch to keep her safe as she ages - the customer service agent was so frustrating I just decided to go into the store.Kyle went above and beyond to take care of us - setting my mom up, helping choose a number from the same FL area code as her phone, double-checking that her address was correct in case of a 911 call... and on top of that, helped me with upgrading my plan, saving money, increasing speed, and getting me my best discount (teacher)...Truly awesome experience with this store - thank you Kyle for caring about the customer!”

Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“Had the best experience at this Verizon retailer. These things can be a hassle, but our sales associate, Nolan, took really good care of us. We had a somewhat complex transaction - moving 2 lines off of one account to a new account, moving one line to a different phone, and purchasing a new phone. It took a while, but that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the friendly, competent service we received from Nolan at this store!”
