Called for a quote, guy on the phone was... Uninformed. Gave him my year, make, and model, he had to look it up but started asking me about my engine's displacement - my particular model only has one engine size, he blamed it on the computer. It's normal that he doesn't know everything about every car ever, but it seems very strange to me that someone working in the industry doesn't know that VW TDI models are diesel. I then told him my car's oil capacity and viscosity, he said they don't stock "euro" 5W30. I've never had any trouble just dropping by any old oil change place, it's strange that he couldn't just give me a quote for plain ol' synthetic 5W30 (which is what it's got in it currently).
Go elsewhere if you've got a German car, I guess.

Very friendly, had a little bit of wait, but not bad, then it was super fast. Also got a free carwash after. They wet brush your car down the wash is great, the dryer part not so much, still have to get out and dry your windshield and most of your car. But other than that, it is a great little place to go. ?

I wouldn't recommend this establishment. They are very cordial and welcoming, at today's prices, I'd rather do it myself for at a 1/3 of the cost.

I had an oil change done here. My car was 1qt low , I went and bought a qt of oil and put it in myself.No leaks, no leaks in the engine, my car has 30k on it, why would it leak in the first place.Gentlemen who did my oil left a huge smear of oil on the A-pillar of my car. He grabbed the A-pillar when he got in my car like it was a Jeep/truck or somethingNot reccomended
