Bankers glare at you and make you feel unwelcome during any kind of transaction. Teller was friendly enough but over service is terriblely slow. Look for another Key bank to go inside if you can!

Drive thru window took 3 calls to get any sort of feedback. Say there for 5 min without a word from anyone. After Go to a different location if you need to use the drive thru. Said I want to deposit this in my account - then the worker said "so you want to deposit this into your account" I said yes. She seemed confused

Customer service is rude , refuse to get small change by pushing to open an account ! Absolutely do not support local small businesses if they don’t belong to this bank location . Non of our team stuff feel comfortable to get in and ask for any help anymore !

This branch is absolutely awful! Rude customer service. They don’t support local biz right within the complex. I asked to exchange change and they are just completely rude.

We applied and got approved for a car loan of $6000 for my wife’s bucket list car, a 1981 Mercedes Benz 380sl. The loan was written up for $5000 ( the price of the car ) and the loan writer could not write the long and correctly and botched it up. The manager took over and kept messing it up. They wrote the loan for the wrong amount , they wrote out the title transfer check to the dept of revenue ? WTH? This bank does not know how to write a loan, and told us they can’t re-wr

Every time I come to this bank I am there forever!!! This is the slowest bank I've ever banked with!!!! I am glad I don't peraobaper bank here, I only have to come here because of work.

I've been waiting here over 50 minutes to be seen and it does not seem busy at all. Their online banking options are much less user friendly than Chase or BoA and their fee and penalty fees are definitely something to look at before banking here. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
