This towing company towed my car about 7 years ago. At the time I was upset with the price, but now that I have worked at a tow yard . I understand why. These people are very friendly, nice people if you understand why they are doing what they are doing.

6 hours waiting for a tow and never showed up. Not answering calls. I recommend calling somewhere else if you need a vehicle towed.

These guys are just plain idiots!!! When they answer their phones they don't even answer with the name of their business. You have to repeat everything to them twice as they don't listen well. I will literally say something to them and they will right afterwards ask me for the information I just provided. I truly believe these people are actually retarded!!! It takes them so long to show up for a tow that I feel like I have aged while waiting for them! Don't waste your time calling these idiots, call AAA instead!!!

Jeremy and his co-worker were wonderful when I was broke down on the side of the road! Got my car home safe and sound. They even figured out what was wrong, and suggested how to repair it. Great experience.

I have never experienced such a frustrating phone call with a professional before. The guy who picked up my call may be one of the most unkind individuals I have ever encountered. I called them because I received a bill from WSDOT asking me to pay a toll my car incurred on i405. The time and date of this toll road usage turns out to be when my car was towed by Inter-County (after it completely died at my workplace). I called them to request a record of the towing by them so I would have proof to show WSDOT. Instead of pulling up their records, the man over the phone yelled profanities as me and said what I was describing was impossible. He refused to provide me with any records and proceeded to call me names. I'm not sure why simply asking if it was possible for him to check their records was so infuriating for him. Needless to say, this ruined my day and I am in utter shock at how rude a person can be to a customer. I do not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to be treated with respect.

Excellent, Prompt, Professional Service. Car was located in a difficult position and locked so it could not be put in neutral or steered. Driver expertly positioned truck and used multiple cables and dollies to promptly put the all wheel drive car on the tow truck without damage. This was done on a rainy, cold Saturday night on very short notice. Driver then took vehicle all the way to Bremerton area (3 hour drive round trip) and unloaded car into a small car garage so that it could secured. Very happy with this service. Would highly recommend and use again.

The guy that answers the phone at night is very rude and not helpful. He is to lazy to do his job. I called because there was unauthorized vehicle on my space and he hung up on my face because I told him my space didn't have a number and that I have a permit to park there, he even called me a liar and told me I was wasting his time. I wasn't even being rude I was just trying to get some freaking help. Really really bad customer service. I don't understand why my apartment complex uses them. I wish I can give a 0 star.

Very poorly ran company office was unmanned. Making it hard for the registered owners to have their vehicles released no effort made to correct their problem and just have excuses I would never recommend this vompan to anyone and will be filling a report with state patrol !

Brother got stuck in the mud on mothers day. Frank was very friendly and helpful. Arrived within 20-25 minutes of phone call. Got him out quick and with no damage to the car. Thank you!

The worst! My ins. set up the appt. for my husband. He received a text from them stating they would be arriving within 150 minutes. When they didn't show, My husband called, the driver said he wasn't coming. When My husband explained he had been waiting as per the text he received. The driver cursed at him then hung up on him. They are not accredited with the BBB. I let my ins. know to never use them again!
