This was my second stay at this property and will be my last. The property is old and in dire need of upgrades. The AC/heaters take forever to respond and sound like a thrashing machine when operating. My room appeared clean until you get into the shower. There is visible mold on the ceiling with more staring to show through. All corners of the shower have mold. I could continue but take my word, it feels more like a cheap motel than any Hilton property I've seen, and I average 100+ nights a year. Even at check in you aren't offered water, which is always nice after a day of traveling but you can buy it in the room for $3. The breakfast is slow and not very good...I'll leave it at that. This property has the look and feel of being franchise owned and cutting every corner with disregard for the guests. There are better options just up the road that I'd highly recommend before coming here.

Absolute worst. Lobby torn up loud sawing. Front doors blocked so you have to go in a side door that is behind bushes. Waste of money. This is one and done. Never again. Expected better from the Hilton

I am modifying my review because the gym is now functional (and nice, but small). The service is ok, the food is not very good, but the rooms are adequate. The hotel faces the freeway, so get a room that faces the back. I expected a lot more out of a Hilton.

Review for Hilton Garden Inn Bothell (August 29-31 Stay)
We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bothell from August 29-31. The hotel offers a 24-hour laundry service, which was reasonably priced at just $4 to wash and dry a load—very convenient! The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the fitness center and pool, which were well-maintained and added to our overall experience. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and friendly service.

Just an average hotel. The food is sub par, the old Mexican guy at the front desk is annoyingly condescending each time he opens his mouth. The prices are high, the location is hard to find, and the service is mediocre. Find a different hotel if you can.

Overall, the hotel n the room is not bad with the exception of the shower looking a little cramped to shower/bathe in(seems a little on the kid-sized side). The staff working here r very nice when I talk to them about general questions or issues. Tho it seems that some of the smaller details get overlooked as far as cleaning/resetting the room goes. For me, the shower had the curtain but is missing the liner, there was hair on the shower wall before I even used it, a metal plate below the AC/heating unit seems to be falling apart, & the locking part of the Ethernet completely broke off. The biggest thing I like about this hotel tho is the underground parking. When I stayed here it was somewhat sunny, & also it rained/thundered. So it was great to be able to park my suv away from the elements. Also some reviews say it’s loud, but make sure you get a room on the quiet side of the hotel facing away from the road. My room just had trees outside which was literally all you could see. Tho ngl, the 2-star holiday inn across the street has arguably just as nice n clean rooms. They just don’t have Ethernet(unless u nab it from the tv lol), or underground parking which was the biggest factor for me choosing this hotel.
looks great from a distance. Get closer n u can start to see small details falling into disrepair. Majority of the room tho is nice.
Safety: It’s pretty safe here I’d say. The hotel is all the way in the back of the parking lot where it’s quiet even tho the main road is real close.
Food and drinks: Nearby u got Boba shop, five guys, Seoul bowl, Arby’s, Applebees, some Indian place, Qdoba, n tons of other places within the same block/intersection.

Was very disappointed, paying almost 300 a night for a room, and not getting a breakfast to included after being told about the perks as we checked in,, wanting to charge us over 16.00 a plate was over priced. The rooms were ok. But it was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on.
Every time we moved, the underneath was creaky and sounded like they were going to break. Worse sleep ever.
Will never go to the Hilton again.

Great staff. There’s no longer a hot tub. Highway is pretty loud at night

Was charged more than the advertised price. It would be nice if they had better pricing transparency. The hot tub wasn't cleaned I didn't notice it until I was already in it. My wife refused to use it. We reported it and no one came to clean it. I didn't realize they only clean every other day that's new to me. Had to reuse towels.

Card readers for doors weren't working everybody needed to be escorted to their room, no control if it was the right room, breakfast to simple, only possible choice was scrambled eggs ( not even prepared fresh but just heated up) with bacon (again not fresh), only croissant or bagel possible as bread ( we even had more choice on our plane :-( ), airco was loud, not up to Hilton standards, personnel was well very friendly, gym was good, pool closed, very good WIFI

Horrible experience!!! Their hot tub is shut down. (Closed indefinitely even though it shows in their pictures.)
My 2 year old toddler could’ve died due to their lack of cleaning practices.
She was roaming the room like all toddlers do. And went under the chair and found a 5 mg oxycodone pill.
She went to put it in her mouth and THANK GOD my husband is an amazing parents and caught it right away and grabbed it from her.
That amount probably would have killed her!!!
When we talked to the front desk all she said was “oh I’m sorry, do you want a discount on your next stay?” LOL! Yeah right - we won’t stay at this chain ever again.
Your cleaning practices have to be better.
