My one year old had appointment at 9:40 am they tell you to come 15 minutes early so you come early like they say and you sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes then they get you into your room and then you sit there for another 45 minutes and no one comes and you go check make sure they know you still there waiting for them to come check your little one and they tell you they are behind and you wait again then you jest tired of this kind of service. It happens all the time, so I just packed my kids up and left. Definitely have to find a different place to take my kids not good service at all every time I go there.

Their helpline took all the information about my insurance and scheduled me at 7.30 am after reaching there they refused service and the front receptionist was super rude she asked me to leave. They said this insurance was not applicable for here. Why did you schedule me?I had to get the check up done as it was urgent. The staff were busy laughing amongst themselves but the doctor didn't arrive didn't get seen. Please take care of people seeking medical care thanks.

Doctor KARLIE HIPPMAN is an excellent doctor, she deserves much more than 100 stars!!! Very professional, polite, attentive, every time I needed her assistance, everything went well with my treatment. She is that type of professional that is very difficult to find today!!!

Literally the most awful clinic ever. They front desk girls are super rude except for one, her name is Jennifer but aside from her it was all attitude and aggression. My child need a form to start school and they told me I couldn't get the form, that my son needed to make an appointment, it's impossible to fill out the form without him seeing a doctor. This is a form that has never been a problem previous years but I guess now is. I asked when they had availability and they told me it was 3 weeks out, I told them that he couldn't miss 3 weeks of school and they said that it wasn't there problem. I told them I would like to speak to a manager or someone in charge and they kept sending out different nurses to tell me they couldn't do so I said it it again I will wait here to speak to a clinic supervisor. After making me wait another 20 minutes and no supervisor they gave me the signed form and told me they can just have a future appointment set?.. literally worst place ever. Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctors office, this clown show isn't worth the headache

Used to love coming here for my health needs but the medical doctor gave up trying to help me because I'm too complicated. Major gaslight issue. The dental clinic just stopped seeing me one day. Said they weren't going to see me anymore. The pharmacy is one of the best though. I'd keep using them if I could. Won't recommend this clinic to anyone.

This place just lied to and gaslit my wife about her appointment today. They called yesterday to confirm and, when she arrived this morning, told her they called again to reschedule the appointment due to the doctor’s family emergency. There’s no missed phone call on her phone nor is there a voicemail which they lied about leaving. I get that things happen and appointments need to be moved around but don’t lie about when you don’t do your job. They should get some more professional front desk staff before they drive away all of their patients before they even get to see the doctor.

I give 0 stars to this clinic!!! The doctors always late,I had to wait the last 3 times I was here,for half hour,one hour,and last time I left,,today I came to my appointment, got here 10 minutes late and the doctor said he can't see me because I was late,are you kidding me!!! Wow I can't believe they have made me wait for so long and they are not able to handle 10 minutes late,when they made me wait for up to 1 hour,,bad,bad bad service!!!!! I don't recommend this clinic. always leaving the clinic so mad!!!!

They state they're open when they're not, most time any call is routed to their community office and i cant get ahold of them like ever. For 3 years now, they have been putting me down as not insured even though I present my card EVERY time I'm there. My primary doctor has changed so many times that I've lost count because they keep leaving this place, and the current one refuses to provide me with refills to my thyroid medication unless I do an in-office appointment but surprise, they want to charge me 200 dollars cause they claim I have no insurance. So I don't want to go but I need my medication and now doctor is holding medicine hostage because I rescheduled a couple of times? I also found out through the last doctor before this one that I was "diagnosed" with pcos which baffeled me because no tests were done. The only reason I could see why they wrote this wrong information is because I mentioned being worried about possibly having pcos. Shouldn't they be making sure the patient is actually diagnosed instead of putting down wrongful information? During that visit, i remember she dismissed my concerns, saying it could be anything, but later put down on my file that I have pcos, so what was that about? And how did she get to this conclusion?Their service is mediocre, staff is entitled, practitioners rotate so often its a red flag on its own, and there is no transparency in regard to patient care. Do yourself a favor and don't ever come to this place.They don't care about you at all.

I was on the phone for someone to answer me for half an hour and no one picks up. They’re all there at the desk but no one seems to answer the phone when needed.

Worst experience when it comes to billing. They did not check any coverage when I came for a regular annual exam, and eventually I ended up paying the bill. They have to be upfront about the cost, which they were not, as they did not check.

They misdiagnosed my health issue, so they gave me wrong medication and because of that I had a gout attack in addition to my current health issue. Not recommanded at all

The dental clinic is amazing my son had several visits and each one the dentist was kind and quick. He even chose to have a student work on his teeth because as he put it they won't let the student fail. They did wonderful work.
