I had an appointment with Liv and she was amazing! We had a conversation that lasted my whole appointment and she was very engaging. I went into the salon with an inspo picture, and she was able to emulate it beautifully. She also taught me how to style my new hair! All in all, I highly recommend Bothell Super Cuts and specifically Liv!

Cathy was very nice and did a great job on my color today. She definitely could have used some help as she was by herself trying to navigate the phone, walk ins, people with appts, and me. I'll bet she had to turn away 4 to 5 would be customers. I felt really bad for her, but she took it in stride and kept plugging along. Why you would only have 1 person on site for Friday afternoon business seems a mystery to me. Oh well......

Made an appt online same day as appt. Very easy to do. My cut came out great. Stylist listened to what I wanted and cut exactly. Definitely going back.

The stylists were super friendly and welcoming. I love the ease of checking in using the Supercuts app. I love how my hair cut turned out!
