I've never had a problem taking my vehicles to this Goodyear facility. It's nice to know when you pick up your vehicle, there won't be any leftover problems. The work is always efficient and complete.

I had a very unfortunate experience at this good year location. I made an appointment to have my tires changed and oil change. Pretty simple stuff. When I arrived, I was being checked in and the man up front said that he couldn't help me and would have to wait for the manager, so I sat for about 20 minutes. They got started on my car probably about 45 minutes after my appointment time. I was planning to wait there until my car was done, then they told me it would be a couple of hours since they were busy that afternoon, but I was the only person in the waiting lobby... So, I got picked up and taken back to my house. I was there for probably 30 minutes and then I got a call that my car was done. Great that it's done early! But unfortunate that I couldn't have just waited in the lobby until my car was done... I was given the keys to my car and saw that the tires had not even been changed out. I went back inside, and the man upfront said that the technician must have forgot and was going to be off in 15 minutes and that I would have to come back another time. I replied... no??.. I made this appointment specifically to have my tires changed and had been waiting over 2 hours for this? He then said the technician would do it. So I sat down and waited another 40 minutes until my tires were changed.. Ultimately, I will not be coming here again, inaccurate wait times, disorganized, and overall bad communication. My advice to you...avoid this place like the plague.

For 20 years I’ve had almost all my car maintenance done there, bought many sets of tires. In the past if I needed an oil change I could just drop in. Even if they were totally swamped or under staffed they would either fit me in or ask me to come back the next day. Today I dropped in and just got told “Do you have an appointment?” I didn’t, but this has always been handled in a friendly manner in the past. Not anymore. I was told rather rudely “ You need and appointment.” Guess what? I don’t need an appointment as much as you need my $. ???

I have been coming here for my Turo (car-sharing) annual inspection for the past couple years. This time, it failed the inspection because they said that my battery was over 5 years old and that it measured less than 12.1V. They then said they could replace the battery for me and quoted me a price but I decided to hold off. Luckily I did because I checked at home and the sticker on the battery says it's from 2021 which is only 3 years ago. Additionally, I checked with a multimeter and it read 12.2V. So unfortunately, I will not be coming back here again.

I stopped by this store with a torn fender liner for my tire, right after an accident. I did not have an appointment. John and Josh working at this store stepped out to help me remove the torn plastic without charging me. I truly appreciate their kindness, helpfulness, and honesty.

I need a flat tire service. I talked their staff 2:05. He said waiting 3hours.
But, that store will close 5:00pm.
The conclusion is that they will not provide service.This isn't the first time. A few years ago, they told me to go because they couldn't find a flat tire. What I found in 1 minute at Discount Tire. That's worst service store in Bothell.

I had an appointment scheduled and specifically asked if I could wait for an oil change and brake inspection. When I showed up for my appointment they said I would have to leave it until Monday? Such a waste of my time. I canceled and went somewhere else. Unprofessional staff.

I came in because my front right tire had a nail in it, and i figure it would be a good time to change over to my snow tires. I asked them to give me the best looking tire as a spare, and scrap the rest, as i intended to buy a new set of tires in the spring. The man who did the job gave me a "look," like i was an annoyance to them, and handed me back the tire.... with the nail in it. I returned with the tire, and told them they knew exactly what they did. He did know, and he proceeded to immediately patch it for free. Slimey business practices. (years back they charged me 200 bucks for a vehicle engine inspection and didn't even look at it)

Overpriced and honestly, service was great but refused to fix the one tire on my 2013 BMW. They Wanted 1,100 for 4 new tires and wouldn't budge. I eventually towed my vehicle somewhere else and got 4 tires for 375 plus tax. Just sayn...
