I picked up my medication on 5/14 at 5:30 pm. The two pharmacists on duty were rude. I was enquiring if the medication that I was picking up were from one prescription or two. The first pharmacist on counter instead of answering my question counteracted what do you mean. Upon repeating my question, answered I don’t know. It had been ok but it was just the tone of it or dismissing someone in the face. Then she called another pharmacist to readout the instructions. While I was still tying to figure out whether the medicine came from one doctor prescription or both the doctor prescription, the other pharmacist said I can’t tell you if you are not paying attention and then proceeded to read out what was already written. There were four medicine that I was picking up so he was like counting first medicine first prescription, 2nd medicine 2 prescription, 3rd medicine 3rd prescription, 4th medicine 4th prescription. I eventually figured out there was same doctor name on three medicine and another doctor name on fourth medicine so kind of that medication came from two different prescriptions as I had been two different doctors recently and told him the same then he was saying then your question is wrong. Long story short the experience left me with a bad feeling. The staff could have been more courteous and treat the customers in much nice manner rather than arguing and trying to prove that they are right and I am wrong.

Like everyone said, they are really rude to the highest level, anyone can think of. Only thing you can get it done at this pharmacy is order online and pick up. If you have even a simple question, they won't answer it. Better to replace them with robot, which will do job better then these guys.

Very poor staff manners. Did not provide clear communication of the requirement or whether I can find the medicine I needed in the aisle. The attendant and her manager were both on edge and would scream answers to basic questions that patients not used to these rules may not be aware of. Yelling at a sick customer instead of providing clarity, you can do better Fred Meyer.Looks like many other people left similar reviews, seems to be a pattern. Please avoid if you can.

If I can give this pharmacy zero, I would. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anybody. Threase is incredibly rude, and always creates a problem just so that I can't receive my heart medicine (which is important for me to take every day). She keeps on changing my words and making excuses, while interacting with us in a terrible manner. Brandon the manager was also supported Threase without even fully understanding our situation, simply insisting we were wrong and refusing to let us speak. We will be going to a different pharmacy and I recommend everyone does the same, as this one is horrible.

All the negative reviews are true. On top of that, last night I called in to verify my prescription would be able to be refilled today, and was told explicitly "yes". I drive there today only to find out I was told incorrectly. The person even laughed after saying "oh that was a mistake, hehehe". Unbelievable. This is SPECIFICALLY the situation my efforts were meant to avoid. When I told them the situation, I was met with belittlement and repetitive dismissal.

I would give it a zero star if I could. The pharmacist told me I needed a DEA number on my script that they refuse to call the dr. How do you refuse to call a dr for their DEA number? I couldn't call. Even the dr. Said they have problems with the pharmacist every time. What's the point in trying to get your meds filled if they wont do it. Here's a tip do your job! If your asked to call a dr then do it.

Today I was tricked by their marketing. I thought I would receive $10 off a bottle of Bailey's if I purchased a second bottle. Turns out I didn't read all the fine print, which required me to go through an online process that didn't work for me. I asked the manager if Fred Myer would honor the deal and they said, "no." $10 is a lot of money, even Fred Myer won't give up $10 to make a customer happy. This really irked me, and in my frustration over the store's pettiness I ended up not buying the bottles.

This review is more about the employee Kathy who was so rude and dismissive. She was getting so frustrated and heated. There is a shortage of my medication, trying to call around and see if anyone has it. They had a few but they were allocated to their already established customers. I can understand that but as I'm asking questions to see if that's how it is everywhere and If it makes sense to call other pharmacies she is yelling at me, talking over me, repeating that they are for the customers who are waiting. I told her I understood that and wanted to know if it made sense calling other Fred Meyers but she did not care to hear me but grew frustrated with me and transferred me to Theresa who kindly explained how it works and that they're all connected so it doesn't make sense calling other fredmeyers. I thanked her and we hung up. Katherine should take minute to hear what I'm asking rather than getting frustrated with customers for not understanding how their internal pharmacy systems works.
