Just recently, I stopped by the Fred Meyer jewelry department to look for the earrings for my mom’s birthday. The lady at the register totally ignored me, acting like I don't exist. What an attitude, what customer service skills? Very lazy and insulting attitude. Avoid and boycott!

I needed a new clasp for my chain. They replaced it eight months ago, and it broke again; when I went back to check with them, they refused to fix it because it has been eight months!!!!! I GUESS EVERY 8 MONTHS; I SHOULD BUY AN EW CLASP…..I told them that means the product you used was very cheap with a nasty quality and was not worth the price tag you charged $90!!! The worst customer service!

Didn't end up doing business here but it was for a quick fix that I ended up deciding to do elsewhere but from my brief exchange with Scott he was very friendly. He didn't have an answer for me right away but was able to provide me with a prompt alternative. I always appreciate people in the jewelry business who are kind and Scott was one of them.

My husband purchase my ring at this store back in 2014 and purchased the care plan, which I have used on multiple occassions. Today's review is specifically for Razi, she helped me submitting a repair request for my ring. Not only was she knowledgeable but was friendly and kind. Overall had a great experience. Thank you Razi!!!! ?

Not so great experience so far dealing with FMJ. To start with the good: Ring selection in house is mediocre, HOWEVER Fred Meyer’s online selection was pretty decent, especially for low-mid priced engagement rings. Shipping was relatively quick considering the pandemic still jamming things up and the associates were very helpful when assisting in re-sizing. Here’s where things went south fast. After waiting almost three weeks for the ring to be resized, upon pickup the ring has two major defects. Out of the four prongs holding the stone in, a single prong is shaped incorrectly and is inconsistent looking with the other three. Secondly, the stone itself does not sit perfectly in line with the ring to the point where itself considerably noticeable. It’s these issues that made me return the ring on the spot to see if it could be fixed. I was told it could be up to another three weeks until I have the ring back to me. Paying upwards of 1.5K I would expect just a bit more attention to detail. I just want to propose to my girlfriend already.

Razi and Felicity are not only gorgeous employees at FRED MEYER JEWELERS in Bothell but also they are incredibly kind and knowledgeable concerning their inventory of incredible diamonds and settings!!!

I needed a new clasp for my bracelet. They said they would call me with a quote, never did, and proceeded to do the repair anyway. When I went to pick it up they charged me $90 (more than what I actually paid for the bracelet). I refused to pay this and they had to send my bracelet back to put my old broken clasp on again.

My wife and I have been at Fred Meyer jewelers and bought many items and had repairs over the years I bought a brought a bracelet in to have it repaired the second time I had repaired I paid the price again it broke and I brought in the third time and they were going to charge me again to repair it I am now done with Fred Meyer jewelers over a $33 repair!
