I highly recommend flex physical therapy. All the staff over there especially Sarah, Jenelle and Tracy are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They helped me in my postpartum recovery. They were very good in addressing all my concerns and helped me to overcome the physical challenges I have . I love the staff and the facility. Cannot thank enough for the services they are providing for women health and wellness.

Disappointed. I have been attending Flex for probably 7 years if not more, as my condition has been a roller coaster ride. I am happy with their continued success, and how busy the company is. They have some Great therapist that I have seen, and have helped me. Kari is a Wonderful therapist, and has helped me through quite a bit of my physical struggles. My disappointment is due to since it has been a few months since I attended, I am now considered a "New" patient, and I am unable to see a therapist for another 35 days for evaluation. I am in need of therapy now, not in 35 days, so after being a patient with them for so many years, I am forced to go elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Dawn Dolobowsky. She was sensitive to the nature of my therapy and worked at my comfort level. She made me feel at ease and was able to break the therapy down into nano-steps that were easy enough for me to understand and complete. I was able to see results quickly. The only issue is that she was busy and so her schedule fills up quick. So, I would suggest getting several appointment scheduled upfront when you can.

As a mama recovering from 3 pregnancies I highly recommend Flex PT. The PT was gentle and incredibly helpful. I didn't know such seemingly "small" movements could have such a big impact. During my 2nd pregnancy I had severe back pain/issues. After about 3 weeks with PT I had full range of motion and minimal back pain. If you are on the fence. Go see this team. Worth it.

This review is for Dr. Sarah Maissy. She is a very good listener, who really cares about her patients as compared to quadruple specialists/ surgeons who were practically no help. Honestly, she is the only person I felt who cared in this already caved in medical system(thanks to COVID and lack of good/compassionate workforce). Simply put, she is fantastic!

I did pelvic floor therapy with Dawn as part of postpartum recovery and highly recommend working with her! We were able to address several concerns and build overall core and hip strength so I can run comfortably again.

Highly recommend Flex PT and particularly Sarah Spivey. She listens, is patient, sets realistic expectations and goals, is meticulous about assessing progress and efficacy of exercises, and keeps every promise. In working with her for six months she was always professional. Her knowledge, experience, and skills were obvious from the beginning. At every session she came prepared and finished with written instructions for what to do before the next session. I am very pleased with what we were able to accomplish.

Sarah S was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable to help with my condition. She was encouraging and supportive. Sarah provided me the tools I needed to correct my condition and I couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you, Flex PT!

My family and I have been clients of Flex Physical Therapy for over ten years, relying on them for help for various rehab needs during that time. Flex is our go-to PT office, and we have always gotten excellent care and good results. I have primarily seen Kari and Diane, but also other members of the staff at times. We greatly value their knowledge and expertise. A couple of years ago, Kari spotted signs of a serious infection in a recovering surgery wound that entailed an immediate trip to the ER and surgery to resolve the issue that night. We will be eternally grateful that she caught this issue early enough to minimize further damage. Highly recommend Flex PT!

I had the pleasure of working with both Sarahs for pelvic floor PT this year and have to say that their combined knowledge on the topic was excellent! Due to being such a specialized therapy, I wasn't surprised that I had to wait a bit to get fully booked. I was also able to get on their waitlist and took advantage of surprise openings when my schedule allowed. Thanks so much to everyone at Flex PT!

Sara Spivey at FlexPT was my PFPT and I learned SO much in such a short time. I was only in town for a few weeks and they made the schedule work for me. Sara taught me foundational skills I was missing - and worked towards my goals. I will definitely be back to see her when I’m back in town!

I had shoulder surgery and I had gone to a different therapy provider initially, though I did not see improvement in strength or mobility post-surgery. I then tried Flex Physical Therapy, Diane was my therapist and she worked wonders for rehabilitating my shoulder. I went from only being able to sleep for a couple of hours a night due to the pain in my shoulder, to full range of motion and pain free sleep. I was concerned that the switching of therapy providers would be an issue for my insurance, but Diane and her office staff worked to ensure that I had the necessary authorizations to continue this much needed therapy. If I ever need therapy again, I know I will be reaching out to Diane at Flex Physical Therapy again.

After a full shoulder replacement the recover process, to put it lightly, was not a good time in any way. Working with Kari at Flex was the beginning of my recovery and was the difference between a good result and a poor one. The staff at Flex was easy to deal with and Kari was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her ongoing training, coaching and encouragement made my visits a pleasure or at least as much as they can be. Bottom line - you have to do the work and the folks at Flex can only tell you what to do, it's up to the patient to actually do the exercises. I'm finally back to a normal life and doing all the stuff I did prior to my shoulder getting so bad I needed surgery. I wouldn't hesitate in any way to work with the folks at Flex and Kari in particular for any physical therapy I (hopefully never) need.
