The delivery drivers will lie that they attempted delivery and then customer service will lie and say there was never a label on the package and blame the shipper. Awful company. Awful people.

Good location with the rude staff.
I was at this center at 5:05 pm on Monday. The female fedex employee was ridiculously rude.

They are the best. I go there 5 days a week and a lot of times running to make the truck leaving. They always have helped figure out the best and most convenient cost effective. Thank you for all your help these last months. Your awesome and so friendly you made my job less stressful.

Quick in and out for prepaid drop-off. You can also pay here to ship, but they do not offer packing service like kinkos.

The most abysmally incompetent group of absolute idiots on the planet. The stupid drivers cannot be trusted to simply do their job. I paid an extra $5.55 for a specific delivery window. That has come and gone. Now there is no way to contact an actual human to get my money back. And I have no idea if or when my signature required package will arrive. Bunch of dumb morons.

Slow service. I purchased overnight shipping cause i need that package on specific date but it did not come on time cause my item stuck at this facility the entire day without any movement. I understand that the delay is beyond their control but they should have make it up to the customer and do something. Sitting a package the entire day without any movement is unacceptable.

Akanksha here at the FedEx on Hardeson Rd saved my day! When I walked in the door she greeted me happily and genuinely with a warm smile. She had no idea I'd just left the FedEx Office on Everett Mall Way after a bad experience where I received no customer service or help with my question. She stepped right up answered my question, helped and showed me what to do, with no hesitation! The difference between the two experiences were night and day! Thank you Akanksha!!

Brought in a Walmart return with printed QR code, Their scanners were having trouble, and it took a while to get a label printed. 2 different people and 3 registers later, and I had to bring it up on my phone. Cause one of the ladies said paper qr codes dont work.
