Best Customer Service I've ever ever had with a hotel! Very kind, very professional, very understanding but more importantly the team ENJOYS putting the customer first. Make sure and contact the hotel directly (not corporate) as the Bothell-Canyon Park team is available, accommodating and answers the phone.

We weren’t able to check in and get into a room until a half hour after we arrived. Our room was still dirty from before. We had to sweep our own room and wipe down common use areas. Hotel manager charged my card without my authorization. Very disapppointed in this place.

I called at 12:35 to try to rent a room for my employees that stayed late and was told I would be charged $10 per hour all the way until 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon terrible service. The lady hung up on me twice obviously she didn’t want to help me. No reservation and tired crew sleeping in the truck.
