If you have a child under five do not take them there it’s not safe for them and also summertime horrible. We paid for two hours. We did not even stay 30 minutes and summertime that places get really really hot.

This park is a perfect place for children to play during rainy days. Starting from 4 years old I can also have fun with adults. Non-slip socks are a must, if you don't have them you can buy them on site. There are several trampolines and some extra games for a fee. Tables and benches for those waiting. A perfect place to celebrate birthdays.

Expensive, No Air Conditioning, Strict Rules
1) They make you purchase grip socks in addition to the hourly fees.
2) They strictly enforce their time limits. They make you wear stickers to show your expired time limit so they can monitor your visit. As soon as you hit your time limit, they kick you out.
3) There is no AC. This a jumping place. Expect to sweat a lot because it is super hot inside.
4) The staff is rude and enforces all policies without discretion. It is an unfriendly environment.
5) For the price your pay for this expensive place, you should get friendlier service. This place is clearly for profit.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place cost more than flying squirrel has nothing to do, the employees are rude. The place is dirty. The kid are is extremely small. I'm surprised this place is still open. The food was not good tasting either. Only good this was the pitcher of water the kids asked for was free.
.. will not be returning

For the price you pay really not worth it. They have a confusing color sticker system and if u have a red yellow or orange sticker u can't go into certain trampoline areas they kept kicking my toddler out she would come back crying we finally updateded sticker for the 3rd time more money every time. In the end it was more of a head ache and more money.
Not relaxing more money spent and my toddler cried due to all there sticker color restrictions. I'll stick to flying squirrel.

Rude and strict employees.
I’ve come multiple times before and haven’t encountered an issue but we came today on a slow tuesday afternoon and experienced some rude service.
I purchased two tickets for my girls and was planning to just watch them as they played but after watching them for a while they convinced me to jump into the foam pit. I agreed to try it but as soon as I did a worker came up to me and told me i’m not allowed to because i didn’t pay.
I would understand if it was super busy but there was barely anyone there and it was harmless for me to try it out. I apologized and said I wouldn’t do it again I just wanted to try it but he rolled his eyes and walked away. He also kept following us and eyeing us even though we weren’t braking any other rules.
His name tag said his name was Anthony.
I understand rules but this is a fun place and customer service matters! he could have said the same thing in a much nicer way. Also don’t understand why he felt the need to stalk us. I rather take my business to a friendlier trampoline park in the area.

Biggest waste of time and money. My 2 year old and I came to this location as it looked cool and we’ve been to multiple other trampoline parks from Seattle down to Oregon. This park, compared to others, is a sad and pathetic. There is zero clear signage for the location on the main road, and the outside of the building is old and fading. Basically an accurate depiction of the inside. It was completely dead on a rainy friday night. The staff would not let my 2 year old on the trampolines, despite paying for it online and the fact that there was not a single soul in the trampoline area. My son wanted to play in the foam pit- we were told we couldn’t do that either. It felt like the entire time we were there we were being told we couldn’t do this or that. I will certainly never be coming back here. Even my son became bored and frustrated and he is the most chill toddler you’ll ever meet. I was so unhappy I asked for a refund (which I literally never do because I avoid confrontation and I used to work in the service industry). Do yourself a favor and go someplace els! If you’re ever down in Tukwila or Olympia, go to Skyzone. It’s a thousand times better. I also hear they’re opening a Skyzone in Mountlake Terrace so we’re excited for a better option closer to home!!
Edit to add: When I asked to talk to a manager for a refund, the front desk staff didn’t inquire as to why/ what can they do better etc. and no manager was involved. It’s clear they do not care here. This is NOT a hit on the staff at the front desk - they were very polite and understanding. The staff did a great job. The entire establishment/management just clearly need a revamp.

Defiantly a go to to take the littles to get their wiggles out. There is a variety of things to do and the price is not bad at all. The thing I like the most is how attentive they are. When the bigger kids get rowdy around the little ones they say something so I don’t have to worry about my kiddo getting trampled. We went today on a Sunday and it’s busy but it’s not overwhelmingly busy.

Fun place for kids, great rainy day place and ideal for hosting kids bday parties. Food is decent! Employees are receptive and helpful. There was a little kid barreling into everyone in trampoline area and the employee there was nice and talked to him and got him to stop, while in gym area you could see another employee periodically cleaning, spraying down areas. We booked this place for our daughter's birthday party. First off you pay for 2 hours, but the kids only get to play on the trampolines for 1 hour, not cool. The place is dirty, worn out and generally unclean. The staff are all very young, and in my opinion, really to young to be left to run a children's facility, as they were the day of our event. The food you are required to purchase for your party, as you can't bring your own, is overpriced and of poor quality. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and other playground type equipment, which was the saving grace of our experience.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I asked for the manager she disrespected me on every level and Asked for the higher up and received Arthur email address who also didn't respond to me. I was grossly over charged and asked for the price difference and was told no. They don't make adults wear socks or grip socks and I have to pay for my combo so why do these people get away with it? I watched a lady wearing no socks the other day and I asked somebody to say something to her cuz kids are there and that's unsanitary nobody would. If you're going to make me buy my jump time with my grandson you should make everybody do it because I've noticed a lot of parents jumping and playing with their kids that don't pay for it and all I ask for was the price to remain the same I paid almost $16 more this time just make the price the same all the time they're so all over the place. Other trampoline parks offer way more for way less.

This place is awesome! Friendly, helpful staff, and a ton of space for the kids to run around. Food is good, and the pizzas are made fresh at order. It does get busy there during the weekend, but there is plenty of room. Good space for a party with multiple private spaces. Shout out to Arthur - thanks for the friendly environment and taking good care of everyone. You rock!
