Great experience getting my pre employment drug test at Drug Free Business. Note, YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE FIRST. This is not a walk-in test clinic, and you won't be able to complete a test without an appointment. The office is easy to find and access on the second floor, clean and organized, with ample parking outside.
My wait time was less than 5 minutes, and the technician was friendly and efficient in processing my test. I was done in 10 minutes, and my test results were emailed to me in two days. Highly recommend ?

I had absolutely nothing to complain about. I had more than enough notice to make it there on time to appointment (10:30AM) very easy to find as well signs up everywhere giving directions so no running around in a panic, its happend most definitely before. I knew I had the test so I made sure I held my bladder basically all morning so I'm glad I got right in or I might have just had a oopsie then proceed to drink liter after liter of water. Staff was quiet I had little conversation with the fella but it was fine to me I don't talk much either if I don't have too because you know ya learn a lot more when you keep your mouth shut. I would recommend definitely to a friend or family or even co-workers. Thank you for the quick delightful experience I was given this morning.

Would not recommend!! An email was sent to me saying that I wasn't selected then 4 days later said I was. That's the email I didn't see. But in Feb and March emails said I wasn't selected. One guy told my husband they only select quarterly but the lady I talked to said they do it once a month. But I guess in January 2022 they did it twice. Dropped us after we paid $200. I just don't get it. They said DOT doesn't require them to send follow up emails.

Great and efficient! Back desk employee was very kind. Out of the few tests I’ve had to take for employment at other locations this has been the best experience yet.I walked in unknowingly without an appointment because my employer gave me two days to complete a test and I was under the false assumption my appointment was already scheduled, but they were able to take me in because of some last minute free time. Note, THEY ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY! If you are booking through a third party it’s best to check their website directly for the most up-to-date availability!My maps navigation took me and another tester to another building, but if you just look for the building number right outside you should be right there.

I was super surprised at how good my experience was. Both the receptionist and lab technician were very friendly and the whole process was very efficient. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

It's a walk in clinic that is 'at capacity' an hour before closing. Find another business that takes appointments, absolutely ridiculous.
