Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I shipped the hat back and the day David Morgan received my return they had its (smaller) replacement back inroute to me. Fantastic customer service -- And an amazing product. Bravo!

Highly recommend, not only is the inventory great but the customer service is extremely good as well, they definitely go out of there way. There is no better place then this for getting cowboy style hats . Will be coming back more often.

Decades old business still shines. I go for the hats but they stock all sorts of very well made clothes and jewelry and oddments. Unbelievable service. Everything on line but well worth a drop in.

I recently learned about this location and went there yesterday. It is a local store in my neighborhood, so I lucked out.I really liked the store and the lady who helped me size and purchase two hats. It was a nice showroom and provides an overview of their entire catalog.I encourage anyone to go there.I highly suspect that I will be buying hats there for years to come. It is located in a very safe area in sharp contrast to the hat stores in downtown Seattle.

I called in my order over the phone. It went really smoothly and the last that I talked to was very helpful. I haven't gotten my hat yet but I'm sure there will be no issues. I picked our the Akubra Cattleman for my first legit hat. I work in the sun everyday so I decided it was time for a serious work hat. I've wanted this hat for years and it's finally happening. I'm so excited.

Didn't end up buying a hat because they didn't have the style I was looking for, but the gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up finding a hat elsewhere but will be back to see what's in stock at some other point.
