Called Cortes towing for an estimate initially, then shortly after was able to schedule a tow within the hour. Exact quote was charged, great customer service from Carlos Cortes himself! Highly recommend!

IT WAS A DARK NIGHT, BUT A LUCKY NIGHT ... east of Moses Lake, WA, and we were broke down at the side of I90 with our little Retro camper in tow. The guy in the tow truck said he was from the Seattle area. After a very strange call with the AAA call person who seemed to be working from home, but didn't know the software, that a tow truck would appear from 300 miles away had the feel of something terribly wrong. But, it wasn't. Apparently, Carlos had just towed a car to Spokane and was on his way back to the Seattle area. Lucky us just happened to be on his route. He and my husband went into full blown Spanish Motorhead, but when he realized I was less fluent, he filled in the pieces with perfect English. Even though, he was facing a long drive back to Seattle, Carlos was very accommodating. This is a business owner who understands hard work and customer service. It's always a lucky time when you meet such a person!

When our RV lost its transmission 62 miles from home, Alex arrived with his flatbed and got us home. AAA referred us to Cortez Towing and arranged the contract. Their tracking software kept me apprised of his ETA, and Alex arrived ready to the task. Alex was very skillful and efficient with loading our 29 footer, and offloading it at our home.

We had our car overheat off of I-90 and strand us roughly an hour from home. Alex from Cortes Towing jumped on the call right away and towed us to our local mechanic. The promptness, honesty, and great conversation were really appreciated. I'd highly recommend Alex and Cortes Towing.

I had the pleasure of using Cortes Towing today and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and level of service I received! From the moment I called for help, Cortes Towing was prompt, professional, and courteous. They arrived quickly to assess the situation and provided me with clear and concise instructions on what needed to be done next. The tow truck driver was friendly and efficient, and he had my Honda Element safely loaded and on its way to the repair shop in no time. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. Thank you so much for your help!

My baby brother was stranded on the side of 405 around 5:30 on a Saturday night. Had his little boy with him. Discovered he lost his tank of diesel due to a hole in the tank. He managed to patch it but had no fuel. He's also no good with smart phones. I found Cortes Towing on here as it was the closest to them. Called and they went, got 5 gallons of diesel, took it to my brother, and let me pay over the phone, in less than 30 minutes!! Polite man. Sent me a pic of the back of my brothers car so I knew he did deliver the fuel. So grateful and if we are ever in need of towing services they will be the first place I call!! A+++++

Very quick, reliable, and friendly service. Diego helped to tow my car because I had a flat tire and my car did not come with a spare. Although he's not too fluent with his English, we were still able to communicate effectively and work together to get my car dropped off at the service center. Not only is he attentive to details, but he is also a great problem solver. Since my car didn't come with a spare tire, he decided to pump enough air into the flat tire so I could drive it out of the garage. I was pretty frustrated about my car problems, but Diego made a crappy experience much better with his friendliness and willingness to help me.

My boat trailer had a blown bearing that pretty much had the whole wheel disconnected from the axle. Called Carlos who came fast and he was able to get my whole boat and trailer up on his flat bed in a matter of minutes. Really impressive to see someone limp a one tire trailer with heavy boat onto a flatbed that easily but this guy is the man!

If you EVER need a tow, please contact Cortes towing. Carlos made our long night soooo much better than it could have been. I don't think I can say thank you enough. Stranded on I90 near Thorp and needed to get home to Everett. He had the most amazing attitude, and great conversation on the 2 hour drive back. Thank you thank you thank you!

Yesterday I arrange a tow thru AAA and Cortes towing came to take care of it. It was a great experience and he was excellent. Super courteous, helpful, professional and efficient.
